Saves a lot of time and money.

This rather looks a scam as it does not work
they even do not reply to messages i made a bad mistake, now i will request for the refund

Very bad company to deal with. DO not trust them. Free trial that is extremely difficult to get out of. I canceled and they charged me anyhow. Im not even sure what the second charge was for. They say you get 200 items but its actually 200 variations. which is not much at all, so 400 "products" is not products at all. Very misleading. Their program is also not compatible with other platforms including CJdropshipping and ebay. SO you end up pretty much listing the item manually because their program rejects the data. They do not respond to messages and then claim you never contacted them within the cooling off period. They are thieves and have bad customer service. DO NOT USE THEM.

It's a VERY BAD software please don't use, you will lose your money nothing works properly, the software gives you wrong calculations, you will see item that is out of stock on the supplier site and it will not show outofstock in your software, the imports takes VERY LONG, it takes people money gives BAD experience and don't Refund, not nice people to work too, BE WARNED DO NOT TRY

Had a free trial of their other website viralspy.io which belongs to DSM. As soon as the subscription started and I got charged after 7 day trial phase the page did not work anymore and I can‘t stopt the subscription. The only feature that is working on the website is the chat where nobody is answering. So I am trying to contact them but no answer so far. I am even in touch with paypal as they charged me over paypal and will report them over paypal and try to stop getting charged. WORST SCAM EVER!

Scammers I cancelled plan after I paid for it because the software did not work. Because I cancelled after 2 days they said I can still use the software until repayment date. Scammers blocked me from using broken software and refuse to refund my money.

Whilst  I haven't joined DSM yet (I will be joining today),  My experience so far has been positive based on a few observations.

 Staff have been very supportive and answered all my questions promptly and precisely. They  also regularly check my progress and have offered assistance, which I have found helpful and encouraging.

As I have highlighted earlier, I will be joining DSM today and will update this review after working them for  a month or so as this will provide me with a more detailed insight of their service and approach. Thank you.

I have been using DSM Tool it works great but it often breaks and they take long time to fix the bug . I primarily use costco for drop shipping and I often has issue with listing :-(

this company are scammers and i had the worse experience in my life , i bought there yearly plan and after one month me using this software i found many glitchs that they cant fix, so i requested to stop their service and they deny to refund me and they told me they cant becuase of their refund terms,,,,,, after one year they charged my credit card and when i try to reach out for them , they told me that they can refund me if the charge happened in less than 72 hours, after i told them that its happened today and its less than 6 hours , they rejected to refund me with another excuses, be aware from those scammers , i left pictures of their emails on their facebook review page, they are scammers ( all of their employees ) dont trust them with your yearly plan, even if you cancel the membership, they re activate to steal your bank account every year ,tottaly drama people , useless software that never sync right from ebay, and get ready to get your account on ebay to get banned , stay away all thegood reviews are fake ,,,, they write it to make them self looks good and scam you .

Do not be fooled by the recent 5 star reviews. The company is fraudulent. BEWARE! I promise you that you will regret ever putting your trust in this scheme. Walk away. None of their services work. It does not work and they take no responsibility to fix them. Please don’t be fooled. Let my mistake be enough for us all. DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT pay this company any money. You will regret it. I promise you!

UPDATE: No, this review does not mislead others and it is very accurate representation of what your company does. What’s misleading is your trial period, which doesn’t not provide access to many of the services that are included in the paid plan. Once you purchase the paid plan, you quickly see just how bad your program truly is. It takes more than 72 hours to see that your company is dishonest and dysfunctional. 5 days after with a worthless subscription, you refused to refund the money despite the service not working. So no, my review does not mislead. It is YOUR COMPANY that is poorly operated and refused to take any responsibility for the MANY MANY MANY issues with the services. Shameful!

Unethical Business Practices
Be very careful with this service. I wanted to like their company but it is truly unfortunate that they choose to use very shady and unethical business practices. They bait and switch on customers with every plan and service. Their website says that a service is included in the paid plan, but once you pay and attempt to use the service, you quickly realize they ask for more money per month to use the services they advertise as included. I am upset because their representatives even gave the same promises before I signed up but once the plan was paid, they quickly became rude and dismissive. One representative said "they forgot to change update the website" to exclude some services. That's so wrong. Please be careful dealing with them. They have access to sensitive information and will do anything to take your money. All of the youtube videos praising this service are out of date and were likely paid to promote the service. or must have changed ownership, because their sole goal is to take your money by any means necessary and provide you nothing.

The worst part is that I had already committed orders to customers and couldn’t back out once I learned that DSMTOOL would require more money to complete the transaction. Ultimately had to pay, or I would risk damaging my brand. They are seriously bad actors. Karma will take care of them. If you truly want to know how they behave, look at the responses they give to their customers reviews. They have no ethics. I happen to have a huge social media presence under my actual business (outside of this hobby) and I will make sure they know to stay away from them.

After reading the reviews. I will be contacting google extensions and and try to have them removed from the extensions. That’s the only way we can combat this unethical behavior. I have decided to submit a formal presentation on the issue to google.

Interesting that instead of trying to make things right with me, they chose to challenge the validity of my business relationship with them, suggesting that MY review is fake. I am so thankful that I have someone at google reviewing the fraud claim I submitted.

Most times software broke.
They think by telling u that all software have problems, makes it ok.
False.
Its low quality and they over charge.
It never works and for dropshipping software it the worst. There are many other software that provides. Also company Is unethical. Read all the comments. Everyone say same thing.

If you want an application that will consistently lose you money and cost you more of your time than if you were to not use it, then go ahead give it a try.

1) About 20% of my products cannot be uploaded to their system. I brought this up 3 months ago when I began using, an issue which was never fixed;
2) The listing price on my website pulls through as a different price on their system, this means that i was consistently unaware of products which were unprofitable due to the suppliers change in price. It's tricky enough trying to identify these issues with a store size of 500+ products, but it seems the DSM Tool picks and choses when it wants to do this so it is constantly changing;
3) As above, monitoring the quantities of products is a never ending battle;
4) Every-time I address this to support I get the same request and answer with no fixable solution.

The amount of money I have lost due to non-refundable fees because of the above. I may as well have stayed with my ex and let her swipe my credit card all day, at least then I would've been better off.

Stay clear.

Not sure why but I’m having the same issues with trying to use the lister for bulk or rapid uploads from Amazon when I contact DSM they say the same thing over and over again they are working on a fix but very little details on when it will be done I just up graded my account and has not been able to list much of anything if I can’t get this to work soon I will be finding a new lister company that will work every time I need it

This is the worst software you could ever use, support is sucks and very unprofessional.(Vadym is the name of the agent if they act like they are not aware).you can subscribe there if you want to lose your money!!

Horrible experience. Imposible to update products dropshipping.Give me error and after 3 days is still trying to resolve. I cancel the Service in the web and even that they charge me in Paypal Next Payment. Dont want to give me the money back. I dont recomende it. Is not a good dropshipping software. Has a lot of mistake.

They only care about money, and give a fck about you as a customer. Now they even want money just for adding tracking to you eBay orders. VERY VERY expensive software, which works VERY VERY bad. You must have a lucky day when you are able to add new products to your ebay store.

Not recommended. Lots of bugs that will cause pricing errors for days on end, more than 24 hours of no price updates.... Also I have ran into the issue with the site not allowing a memberships to end, auto renewing, then denying a refunds. I have literally clicked the end membership option on the site multiple times this year but still got auto renewed.

They referenced since I had an 'original purchase' in 2018, the autorenewal charge in August 2021 is not eligible for a refund since it was past 72 hours..... WHO CARES ABOUT THE 2018 charge!!! What matters is the one in the current age of 2021 which I immediately asked for a refund 1 hour after the charge hit and was still denied.

In what world does a company do this?? You guys need help on ethical business practices. No wonder your ratings are horrible! Definitely contacting my CC companies.

Edit: Imagine being threatened with legal action for telling your honest experience with a company. These people are very odd. I can get some other employees to post their honest reviews too if you would like too? Let me know
