When l ever l reached out to support at…

When l ever l reached out to support at DSM. They answered me in a reasonable amount of time. When l needed more help a manger did the same and all issues were taken care of. The service is really dependable. As l use the DSM tool and have feedback, l will give it. There are some good videos that explains how to in the areas that one may need to help set up or whatever is needed to be successful especially when one is new.

SCAM! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD DETAILS!

Complete Scammers - DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD INFORMATION. Once they have it, they will continue to charge you month after month after month no matter how many times you request to cancel through the site or support. Here is a quote from when you try and cancel and ask them to remove your card information.

"you can cancel the payments from your credit card provider or paypal "

They will always say you missed a step or didn't complete something and charge you again even if you complete the full "cancellation process" on the website. Had to reach out to my bank to stop the charges.

Besides the credit card scamming, the tool is absolutely full of bugs and the support is non-existent. Every week or 2, the tracking tool won't work for about 48 hours. You will log in to find that all of your items have been repriced to over $500 and you aren't getting any sales. Customer Service doesn't exist and they are completely unprofessional.

Stay AWAY!! There are much better tools out there.

STAY CLEAR AND AVOID THIS TERRIBLE TOOL

I am not one for writing reviews however in order to prevent others from making the same mistake i made i am writing this. The software is absolutely really bad and my experience can be summarized as below:

1) The price and inventory monitor has not been working for the past 7 days and in the past 90 days this is the second such episode. The first one being last month where was down for 12 days solid.
2) Even when you tick the amazon prime button it still brings in products with delivery dates well over a month
3) Products that are out of stock are pulled in
4) I listed quite a lot of books and it pulled in the price of the paper back books while pulling in the description of the hardback cover leading to further sale cancellations
4) It doesn't pull in minimum order quantity limits for those products that have them on amazon
5) Products are pulled in with the wrong prices and not updated in a timely manner

The list is not exhaustive. Using it has led me to cancel countless orders and negative feedback on ebay.

I am on their $100 per month package and whenever i contact support about these issues all they have to say is that we will report to our IT team.

Stay well clear of this software, i will need to search for an alternative given this has been such a big letdown.

We also want to clarify some mentioned things:
1. 90 days is a long period. All the critical issues which have happened in the past or are present now can be checked on the Status page of DSM. There is all the history data, status of issues (fixed or not, when it was opened and closed) and there is no ANY issue that would last so long.
2. Some issues which are related to the biggest sources can happen again and no one ever can prevent it. It is not because something is broken or stopped to work, but due to some changes on the source side, the appropriate changes should be applied on our side as well.
3. DSM works with Database of the sources. If you think the item has wrong info, multiply requests of getting the new information from the source do not give you another result - then it is not an issue, but the information provided by the source.
4. Any monitoring system is able to scan thousands items of all the users and their stores every second or even minute. It takes time and our team is always working on reducing the scan gap or finding the optimal period.

All the additional information or clarifying moments you can discuss with Chat Support.

I would avoid using dsm

I would avoid using dsm. While it looks good on the surface, they do not take things seriously when it comes to user feedback. There is an occurring problem with their monitor where they don't correctly pick up price changes and this inturn makes users lose money and drop metrics on ebay. If you want to save your business, stay away.

Chat Support is available 24/7 including holidays and days off.
Any issue report from the users is checked by Chat Managers and if there is something wrong or that cannot be fixed by changing the appropriate settings in the account -> then the report is passed to the technician team for investigation and fix.
*Some issues can take 30 minutes to be solved, some take more time due to multiply reasons.
**Unfortunately, there is no software in the world that can guarantee a 100% sync between the websites you source the products from and the target. So tech team sometimes spend days and nights solving unexpected glitch or a downtime.
***And it is okay as there is no formal notification between the monitoring tools and sources about updates on their side, so the issue can be solved only when it happens already.

AVOID

Beware of the deceiving refund policy.
AVOID investing in the annual subscription.
They declare NO REFUNDS, claims policy after 72 hrs, even for the trial.
In cases of lawsuits, claims, or disputes opened no refund will be given, even if the refund request was sent to the customer support within 72 hours after the initial subscription payment.

The annual subscription cannot be downgraded to a monthly plan and such downgrade will not result in a partial refund for the annual subscription as you would normally expect.

Subscription and account are very difficult to deactivate, it's a quest, so be ready. When you think you have canceled the account, you will be charged on your next billing period for a month or for 6 months/year, because your account is still active. As I said, it is a quest to cancel it. Read more reviews. There is no way you can remove your credit /debit card from the system so you will face multiple charges.

A Basic Trial plan is a recently created chance for new users to test the system without paying for it.

All the week you see a reminder on your dashboard menu which shows you the countdown since the time of your sing up.
When the trial period is over the system shows a corresponding message OFFERING TO CHOOSE:
FREE PLAN OR PAID ONE?

Then the choice is up to the customer.
If decides to Subscribe - the refund of ANY Subscription is possible according to the rules from Terms and Conditions.
If decides to Cancel the Subscription - it can be easily done the same day. Please make sure the required steps are completed.

scam company beware

This is a scam company beware --I have been told its a free membership if its under 25 items - Took Unauthorized payment and refused to pay as they will only talk to you on web chat. Rude Unprofessional customer service through web chat only. Reported to PayPal for fraudulent transaction.

DSM Tool has 2 types of the Subscription: a FREE subscription and a PAID one.
The last one is also divided into 2 types : Monthly and Yearly Subscriptions.

Free Subscription IS TOTALLY FREE.
There is even no option/window to set your Credit Details and you can easily use it with a limit of 25 listings.

Paid plan requires entering the Details for Subscription Payment (like any other payment done by Internet).

The information you are mentioning is false as the system is able to proceed the payment only when : you visit Subscription page-> choose the plan-> enter the CC Details and confirm the Subscription.

If you have upgraded accidentally or made a mistake during the upgrade,
you can get a refund during 72 hours since the first payment.
In this case please contact Chat Support before the payment exceeds the days set in the policy!

DSM has issues.

I have been using DSM tool for months. Initially, I thought it was the best tool, however, after using it for a few months, I started to notice a lot of errors, such as descriptive errors and many other errors when extracting products. It also took a lot of time when extracting these products, which was an immediate downside. I informed DSM that I wanted my account to be cancelled and they confirmed this after I raised these concerns with them many times. On the 14th November, I noticed that DSM debited my account. After further investigation, I noticed that they had also debited my account on the 14th of October. On the 16th November, I contacted DSM to issue a refund for the debited transactions. They told me the manager would get back to me in 48 hours, then 72 hours, then 96 hours. No manager has got back to me so I had no choice but to inform my bank. They are professional crooks! Not professional at all!

Every situation should be discussed from both sides, so let us highlight few points:

All is transparent:
- The system has its Terms and Conditions which you read and confirm during subscribing. Thus both sides follow the agreement.
- The cancellation process is quite easy, but if you are struggling, feel free to contact chat support and they will gladly help you.
- Manager is always available and the latest time when he contacts the user after the request - 72 hours (it is more like an exception and usually you receive the reply the same day, but the 72 hours period was set due to time difference, overloaded shifts).
- Manager does not check if you follow the instruction for cancellation or not, but if all is done correctly - you will not be charged the next payment day.

If any error is detected on our side - we ALWAYS refund the mistakenly charged customers.

I'm a relatively new DSM member

I'm a relatively new DSM member thus naturally I do have questions from time to time even though their blog and other knowledge resources are extremely rich in content and are easy to read and learn from. No matter at which hour or day (including weekends) I reach for DSM's chat support, I always get a reply within minutes pretty much. I'm extremely impressed and I can only wish that other software providers' customer support departments would have been as good and professional as DSM. Great stuff here!!

They are quick to reply. Understands the problem and quick to provide solution. I am happy with the service. Currently using trial. I will upgrade to paid version.

I was struggling to import existing…

I was struggling to import existing listings to DSM tool. In the beginning, I felt this tool is not useful in Australia. However, issues are solved after Yana help me step by step in kind and patient support. I was seriously considering disconnect subscribe after this month if it doesn't work as I expect. Yana is a legend support. Thanks, Yana :)

Great for both beginners, and advanced sellers

I just started with this software, but I already see that its way ahead of what I was using till now. As experienced Ebay seller I can recommend this tool, it has all advanced features that speed up listing process, and very responsive, professional customer support. Also great pricing for high volume sellers comparing to other tools. Clearly good understanding of dropshippers needs.So far 5 stars

I would just like to brag a bit if you…

I would just like to brag a bit if you don’t mind lol 😆 today I found out that I am now an Ebay Top Rated Seller! Never thought it would happen ( tried a few times and gave up), but I could not have done it without the help of Kfir Shapira and team at DSM, so all I can say is follow the training, and take all the advice you can get, all of them on the DSM team are always so helpful 😊 Thank you Kfir Shapira 👍😊

Very Good.

So far, it´s been really good! I´m happy about the quick and consistent responses for any of my queries about the functionality of DSM-tool. I think the tool is actually beneficial, especially if selling large quantities. You just have to learn a bit about it first.
