Clearly a scam - Read on...

I purchased the A-Z Training Program (US$69.00) and viewed some lessons. However when I attempted to log back in to continue the following day, I realised there was no way to log back in, and there was no facility to contact them. I believe I have been scammed by this business and would suggest that you avoid them like the plague.
I have no way to contact them, get what I paid for, and get some value for the money I've obviously wasted with this business.
I had to give them 1 star to get the drop box to come up to write this, otherwise they would have received 0 stars.
Use them at your peril.

It's a Scam company

It's a Scam company, I have paid for the full-year subscription, payment went through PayPal, they issued the Invoice and the platform keep saying I need to upgrade, Did email them, support staff asked me to contact Paypal !!! I open the case in PayPal let see.

Avoid this company.

I can't get my money because of dsmtool

I can't get my money because of dsmtool.
I can't get the money for the products I sell on ebay. Because dsmtool is not updating shipping information.

After-sales support is the most important thing when you buy software or an electronic product.
And unfortunately dsmtool tech support is very bad. Staff is ignorant and uninterested. Messages are answered very late.
I asked about 4-5 questions to technical support, I reported a problem. It didn't fix any of them.

We do this to earn money. But dsmtool is preventing us from getting our money. Yes, there may be a problem with the software, that's okay. The main problem is that dsmtool does not solve this problem.

If you want to lose money, if you want to leave your money on ebay. Dsmtool is for you.

I have just started using the tool and…

I have just started using the tool and after listing my first 20 items, it became quite routine. At first, there were technical issues but the support team is eager to help anyway they can. At one point I had 3 different people helping me. All good now and loving it.

Love DSM tool

Love DSM tool! I have used at least 4 different ecom dropshipping/inventory management tools and DSM is the best. Their support is exceptional and for the most part the tool works great. The rapid lister is flawless. Occasionally i've had issues with items not being monitored likely due to the supplier but comparatively it far exceeds my expectations and dollar for dollar is the best value out there.

We resolve, and get beyond all issues

It's an automated drop ship manager with its glitches, all drop ship managers have glitches. We resolve the issues and move on. I like the DSMTool, it works for me! Not too complicated, easy to use.

I would give them 0 stars if i could

I would give them 0 stars if i could, THE worst listing tool i have had the displeasure of using, the software has problems every single day, the customer service is atrocious, extremely unprofessional and downright disrespectful staff, the listing tool if full of bugs and the monitoring tool is almost always showing errors, I lost soo much business working with DSMTool. they are simply just a huge scam, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM DSMTOOL!!!!!

Has been involved in dropshipping for about 3 years
From the first moment using the DSM monitor
The monitor is convenient and very easy to use, human engineering simple to operate, amazing
Their online service 24/7 is always available! Comments in minutes! Services! Professional!
Highly recommend! Use DSM monitor
Without this monitor, there is no way I would have stayed and continued with Dropship

Just about the worst support ever

Just about the worst support ever. They literally disconnect the chat and stop replying when they don't know the answer to your question. When asking for a refund, they'll do anything to try and not refund you and eventually stop replying as well. Support will delete your conversations with other agents that disrespect you and don't reply.

Even their software never monitors price or inventory properly. I lost so much money because of it not really monitoring.

To be honest, this just seems like a huge scam. Don't make the mistake I did by letting them steal your money.

Beware!!

I've never done business with this company but they've charged my credit card 5 times for a total of $1,287.05. DSM on supports online chat. You can not call and speak to anyone. I did an online with them and they just keep telling me to sign into my account or provide them with an invoice. They said without this information they could not charge my card. These people are not willing to help resolve the matter. I would be concerned with doing business with them.

SCAM! THEY WILL TAKE OUT MONEY FOR YEAR 239.64 EVEN YOU SIGNED FOR MONTH 19.99 THEIR WEBSITE IS MANIPULATED .

I also signed the same thing that happened to me I signed up for 19.99 a month plain then they took out $.239.64 from my pay pal they only chat the same copy-paste answers they will say you have taken yearly plan and to close the case with Paypal.
I didn't even use their tool.
They take the money and deal with the bank with lies that what they do looks like. I'm trying to take my hard-earned money.

Just GOOGLE for REVIEWS before purchase you will find many people with the same thing saying.

On the Subscription page you see 2 types of the membership with different plans.
The subscription YOU have chosen was Yearly, so the payment was correct .
Any user has an option to choose what subscription he/she would like to obtain and the shown price helps to compare them and highlights that Yearly membership is cheaper than Monthly.

Please be attentive while choosing the plan and its type.

Keeping there agreement

Talking with the representative and about 2 weeks later I got my full refund back. The product wasn’t too bad. Still the company needs better communication policies. Or faster response time to answer questions.but overall a great lesson learned.

BEWARE: The worst monitoring tool out there

The worst monitoring tool out there! I've used many monitoring tools and this one doesn't really monitor anything. I've had to issue so many cancelations and refunds because of how poor their monitoring service is. This thing doesn't monitor out of stock or in stock items, doesn't change or monitor price changes, quite frankly it doesn't do anything! When every other order has an issue due to this tool, it makes business incredibly challenging! My advice is to literally use any other similar tool, and if none are available, then you're better off monitoring everything manually!
