Sleep Apnea game changer
For both OSA & CSA, this chin strap is a game changer. My bipap treatment was not working as well until I started using this. I’m now able to sleep the entire night and I’ve improved my bipap compliance!

Helped decrease air leak rate.
The chin strap works in limiting air leak and is generally comfortable. Though it positions the temporomandibular joint in the proper alignment posteriorly and superiority, it locks the occlusion in a “clenched” state. I am not sure how great this will be for the TMJ on the long run. On the second night of use, I used an occlusal guard in addition to the chin strap. It allowed for 2-3mm separation of the teeth and less tension from the closing muscles. My head did not feel hot but I do keep the temperature lower to help with sleep. My AHI was zero using this chin strap leak rate was 1L.

Can't praise this enough.
Although I have already written a review, after using this dual band chinstrap for several nights, I wanted to explain why this is so much better than any other chinstrap that I have used.
Ever since I've used my CPAP, I have struggled to get a chinstrap that works and is comfortable. I have used numerous chinstraps, some with straps that hold them in place and they still would shift around not work. Some that I tried were just downright uncomfortable and none of them would last.
This Dual Band is what I have been searching for, it works because it holds my chin closed and doesn't pull my chin back.

Excellent customer service. I was in-between sizes and ordered the XL which was too big. Edwin took care of me with zero issues. I would recommend this product and this company to anyone who is struggle with mouth drop and struggling to get their CPAP to work for them. Don’t give up—it’s work it!

ABSOLUTELY CRITICAL PRODUCT
I cannot emphasize enough how critical this product is to getting good sleep. I tried other chinstraps in the past and they were either 1. ineffective 2. supremely uncomfortable 3. both.
If you are looking for something that actually WORKS, this is absolutely the way to go, hands down. GET ONE.

Big help with big problems
I bought the XL after measuring myself, as per the instructions, and it was too large. I contacted them and the customer service was very good. I paid shipping costs, but a new one is coming my way that should fit and I was allowed to keep the old one and hopefully modify it and make it work. I don't know how it will end up but the customer service is A+.

I ordered the Dual Band Premium
I ordered the Dual Band Premium, and while the product worked wonders, the fit was too large. The device would slip during the night, to the point the top of the device would end up covering my eyes. However, they have top notch customer service, and processed an exchange for a smaller size at no extra charge. I'm really happy with my item, as is my partner! My mouth now remains closed the whole night.

When the ItemDual Band Air Delux
When the Item, measured as prescribed, arrived, it was not usable due to the size being so large it would not function as instructed. It was replaced with an appropriate sized item with no complaints or additional fees.

Im excited about the early results in just 3 days wearing my new Knightsbridge Chinstrap. After 1 year of mediocre or bad readings I have seen the best results in the 3 nights wearing it. The 1st night wore the nasal pillow mask. The next 2 nights I wore a full mask that all previous readings, especially the events were the BEST ever:
**First Night with Nasal Pillow Mask:**
1. Score: 93 out of 100

**Second Night with Full Mask:**

The Dualband Chinstrap has done a great…
The Dualband Chinstrap has done a great job in decreasing my extremely dry mouth! The "newest" remodel with larger ear openings is much more comfortable. The chin strap, however, can be uncomfortable when I place the Cpap face mask ontop. The strap can irritate my chin and cheeks Maybe a more cushioned strap? Overall, very satisfied!!

The "Dream Solution" for me!
I want to start my review by stating that I have purchased and tried just about every sleep/snoring/apnea device available. This includes a CPAP, a neck wrap device that supposed to straighten your throat, other chin straps, a tongue holder device, the MAD (Mandibular Advancement Device) jaw forward device (that was billed to my insurance at over $8,000) and I no longer use because it hurts my teeth. . Nothing REALLY worked to my liking. Most devices offered 'some' degree of help but wasn't a fix. That all said, and I'm not one that likes to leave reviews, but feel it's truly justified in this case. Edwin went above and beyond the call of duty for me! I had a concern after trying his Dual Band chin strap 'Cap' as I call it, was fitting a bit too loose at the base of my Skull. It tended to move during the night. Edwin, the owner actually called me and was genuinely interested in solving my problems. We discussed my concerns at length and not only did he send me TWO additional 'prototypes' to test/try at No Charge (he even paid the freight) he added some great revisions based on my feedback that made it even more comfortable to wear. I now use "The Cap" every night and can happily report I have deep REM sleep again! Thank-you Edwin and crew for this inexpensive solution. It may not work for everyone but it works for me! Rod C.
PS; if anyone tries one of these and has ideas to make it better, Edwin loves feedback and will listen and if practical, likely add it to his device.
** Update; I forgot to mention this in my original review and feel it is important so here it is; * I also tried "Mouth Taping" with various different kinds of mouth tape. That actually did help tremendously, but...but.. the tape tore my lips up badly (peeled them raw) a couple of times which took about two months each time to heal. I knew that I couldn't keep that routine up and that is when I stumbled upon the dual band chin strap. Rod-

Very Good Product & Great Customer Service
Knightsbridge is a superior small business who produces the best chinstrap available and am happy to support them. They go out of their way to "make right" any problem that occurs. The only problem I ever had were shipments during the COVID event, but then everyone was having problems! At this date all my interaction with them is always Five Star!

Not an efficient mega corporation, but friendly.
Shipping was delayed by an inept subcontractor, and Edwin appeared to be overwhelmed with managing this small company. However, he always answered my emails with a friendly, personal reply. Neither the medium nor the large were a good fit. I was patient and persistent, and he did refund the full amount of my purchase in due time. He did not want the chin straps returned, so I gave them to someone who could use them with a recommendation that they send their appreciation to Edwin.

It works as advertised
I originally purchased the dual band premium chinstrap and it didn’t work for me. It left my right ear sore and irritated and I couldn’t continue to use it. I notified the company and they offered to replace it with the Air version at no cost to me which has the ears cutout of the fabric to eliminate the irritation. I have been using it for better than a week now and it does the trick. It keeps my mouth closed eliminating air leaks during the night and also eliminated the irritation of the ear. I do believe it could be improved more by using a softer fabric. I still get red marks in my forehead from using it at night. But, more importantly, it does what it is supposed to do and it does it consistently and better than any other chin strap or neck brace that I have tried before. I recommend it.
