Overall a five star performance.

Came across Dual Fuel when searching for a solar panel and battery installation. After our initial contact Marion was quick to respond (unlike some competitors) with detailed analysis, forecast, and very competitive price for a twelve panel (black JA Solar), and Fox inverter and batteries. The installation team, organised by Kate, of Joe and Callum who arrived a month after acceptance were excellent. Very polite, easy to deal with, and made a very tidy job of the installation, including the tricky part of feeding cables from the roof to ELCB. The system appears to generate as forecast, although a software fault on the inverter materialised after a week's operation and took a week to resolve, but has since been corrected with Kate working remotely with Fox in UK.
The Fox Cloud app allowing monitoring of where power is going is a bit clunky, but provides all the data necessary to see what the system is doing.
The system is backed by independent guarantees, which appear to be good.

Very impressed with this business.

At the moment this industry is under a great deal of pressure due to demand and difficulties with getting supplies, especially batteries.

As there are delays with obtaining batteries, the solar panels (16) were installed first and the installers were very professional. Working 11 hours to ensure the installation was to their standards.

Post installation I have had to email for updates on a couple of matters and Kate and Nicola who I have dealt with are both very efficient.

So far very pleased with the service, both office and installers.

I am happily recommending this company to those that ask about my installation.

Cannot fault anything about this company (not often you can say that these days), from my first enquiry asking for a Solar and battery installation price to the finished job. I am a electrician with 25 year experience (not in the renewables sector) so I have pretty good understanding of what is a good job. Every question asked was answered promptly, no hard sell, good competitive price, job was carried out when they said it would, all correct paperwork certification warranty’s provided. DualFuel - could not have asked for better support from Kate. The installers all very skilled and work really well together - Ben even forwarded on photos of the panels from the roof. We have a few hiccups along the way with some faulty components however they quickly resolved them and spent a lot of time getting everything right. Always responsive to emails and to phone calls. Really good to deal with and I can recommend them 100% Great job, very neat and always kept

Superb service throughout. Great, non pushy approach to the project. Only good quality equipment from well know reputable brands used. Installers were great to have around and had a keen eye for detail. This is a very professional solar company that have clearly got a strong history in the industry.

Dual Fuel installed our solar system last week and have done an amazing job. Marion, Kate and Nicola all worked hard behind the scenes and arranged everything perfectly. All my questions were answered promptly and in a professional manor. On the day of the installation Joe and Callum turned up on time and as soon as they had looked over the installation got to work straight away. Both fitters went over and above my expectations. They worked non stop over the 2 days and left me with a very neatly installed fully working system. They both showed respect for us, our home and are a credit to the company. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Dual Fuel. Excellent from start to finish.

Our install solar install was completed on the 28th June. Due to the size of inverter we needed DNO G99 approval and this was the most frustrating wait taking just about 9 weeks for ENWL to approve. I was contacted on the 22nd June to be told of approval, Scaffold installed on the 24th and the install the following Monday. All my materials were pre ordered so no delays. Installers were polite, and professional and all went without a hitch. My batteries are on back order but this is an industry issue so hopefully this will be in the next few weeks. All project documentation was provided within a week after install. Cant recommend any higher, if you are considering Solar you cant go wrong with these guys.

Excellent company with no hard sell, I already had a old pv system so able to take my time to upgrade to a more modern system Alan sent me various options to choose from and the technical team sent comprehensive information. The installation was over 2 and a half days roofers removed my old system and installed the solar panels Joe and Callum installed the inverter and associated electrical equipment Kate soon sent me the initial paperwork, and answered my questions just awaiting backup batteries as in short supply but this was fully explained I would highly recommend this local company.

Had the pleasure of speaking with a rude salesman who conveniently lost my emails of my home showing photos nearby trees but still wanted to solar survey blind putting panels under the trees. Satellite imagery surveys are not always cost effective and would not visit my property despite their office being <20miles away. After weeks of emailing the salesman was rude and dismissive of his mistakes. Don't waste your time like me with this company.

The two guys who came to fit our solar panels were very hard working and tidied up as they were going they were very polite and helpful and pleasant

I have never heard of or know of a sales person being of so much help andknowledgeable
Alan even in away said that with my understanding how the system works I should work for them , well I'm retired at 60 both being good for customer relations a service that customer can trust and recommend.
I originally set out to purchase battery storage but it has been pointed out to me due to a company rent a roof owning the solar panels it's best that I do not allow any company to get one over me as I would will be breaking my the terms by tampering with the unit.
Alan was the only company member for dual fuel of 2 other companies out for them selves that was not honest not being straight but could say cruked.
10/10 For Alan Shield DualFuel as the saying goes ask them a question they will be honest and help full.
The prices of the system are reasonable and a very good product.

Dual Fuel Solutions provided a very fast and efficient service. After months of being messed about by other companies offering inflated prices I contacted dual fuel solutions for a quote against my budget. Alan is very knowledgeable and genuine offering me exactly what I wanted against my budget without the nonsense sales patter. The installation was done the very next week ! Kate sorted all the paperwork , all I had to do was pay. The installers where friendly and kept me up to speed with the decisions needed on the job . If you want a really good job doing efficiently with no messing about then I highly recommend dual fuel solutions… easy to deal with and job done ! Extremely happy with my new solar panels … thank you!

Absolutely excellent from start to finish. From getting a quote to having the system fully installed and working was only a matter of weeks. The team was even able to schedule the install before the EV charger rebate cut-off, so that I didn't lose out on the gov't discount.
Most of the install was completed in a single day, although there was a return visit to commission the batteries and connect the Zappi EV charger.

A big thanks to Alan and Kate in the office who were great to deal with and very efficient. Also a huge thanks to the installers, who worked extremely hard installing the system. There was hardly any mess, all cabling was run very neatly and hidden away as much as possible (much better than I had imagined!).

I would highly recommend Dual Fuel Solutions - their prices were very competitive, the Fox ESS product is a great solution and the system works exactly as I hoped it would. A+

Grand job, lovely heaters, and well fitted.

Not much more to say really apart from 'very well done'. They look wonderful, and are easy to use once you get used to the settings.
