Hi Vasim, thank you for your review. As quality control is done at manufacture, we do not check every item that is despatched. This means that, unfortunately, there are occasions when items will slip through with faults. We have a process in place though to deal with issues of this type which aims to cause minimum disruption to the customer. I have investigated your order and can see that you contacted us to advise that you thought your jeans were mis-sized and we sent you a pre-paid label to return these at no cost to yourself, and on receipt of the mis-sized jeans we refunded you in full. I'm sorry that you still felt the need to give us a 1-star review as we did try and resolve this for you.

Good clothing, quick delivery
I was impressed with the quality of the materials in the garments I ordered. For the price I was expecting something thin, but the hoodies and track bottoms I received were really nice and thick and comfortable as well. I've ordered twice from them now and the quality has been the same for both and delivery was very prompt too.

The tracksuit seemed nice at first, after wearing the hoodie for a couple of days it started bobbling really quickly, I have de-bobbled twice now in as many weeks, and I haven't even washed it yet, add to that the rude customer service, I would give a wide birth.

Great jumpers
Ordered 3 jumpers on a voucher code sale. They're really comfy, a bargain for the price and they wash well. Forgot to add the sale code e-mailed customer services and they promptly responded and refunded the difference.
