Duck and Cover never let me down. Their clothing are a perfect fit for me and I have always bought from them ahead of all other brands. Very reasonable prices and their delivery is second to none. Fantastic delivery even when listed as Standard, I receive most orders the next day. They also keep me well informed of fantastic deals and discount codes to take advantage. They've also teamed up with ClearPay which presents a perfect way of managing my finances whilst taking advantage of deals.

Brilliant service

Bought a top from them,note that i paid for it be delivered to me, they supplied the wrong size.

i asked for return and refund, they provided returns label, item was returned, they only refunded me my payment minus the original cost to have it delivered to me.

is this normal, i paid for something that was not even my mistake!

They do not provide free return service be aware. If you bought something from them it is guaranteed that item is yours for life.

They are just some scammers. Avoid!!!

Would give them less stars if I could. Customer service is terrible.
I bought 3 packs of socks as a Christmas gift (for my father in law who has specifically asked for socks) because they were packed in a smart looking cardboard box. My order was packed in a double plastic bag. One of these boxes came bashed and looking at it I knew I would be embarrassed to gift this so reached out to customer service to return and get a replacement. In response I was met with "we cannot guarantee that boxed items will arrive in perfect condition". Obviously because a thin cardboard box was sent in a bag, it is inevitable this would come bashed, frankly I am surprised it was only one box that was affected. I suggested this should have been packed better but "we are sorry you are unhappy with our policy" was essentially the response received. Steer clear, they couldn't care less about sending their products in suitable packaging so you are happy to receive or trying to resolve any complaints.

I bought a D&C jacket, that over a period of weeks started to fail. Press stud housings came away from both pockets.

I posted a pretty harsh review on here which was seen by a customer service manager who reached out and offered to try and help.

Anyway, long story, short - everything is now resolved thanks to Gail.

I will remain a customer of D&C :)

Brilliant jeans that fit like a glove. Now have 4 pairs and wouldn't buy anything else. Underwear and tee shirts very good too and true to size.

Bought a Duck and Cover jacket and the zip has been iffy from day one. Several weeks later and it takes several minutes to get the zip up.

Duck and Cover are a brand i had forgotten about however when shopping in house of fraser there clothes caught my eye and they are very current and great designs. It has became one of my favourite brands. I purchased the long summer coat and loved it that much i bought it twice Lol just incase i lost or ruined the firsr one.
They are a brand i hope to see grow.
