They don’t even deserve a 1 star! They deserve nothing! This website and so called “online store” needs to be shut down for scamming people! I have emailed them over the course of 3 MONTHS and I have just gotten the same email from them back which by the way takes 2 or more weeks to get a response!! It’s just a stupid computer emailing you! It’s not even a real person! Do NOT order from this website unless you want to waste your money!!!

I would say a 1 star is too much! I placed on order 10/6 for a Waterproof SmartConnect V to be delivered within two weeks. On 11/19 got a Intelligence Health Bracelet that you can't do a thing with. I am done ordering ANYTHING that shows an ad on facebook - everyone of them is a scam.

Wow so not worth the wait over a month to not even get what I ordered... Seriously need to quit ripping people off

ordered(10/2) a waterproof smart connect V $24.94 and over a month later(11/8) i got a intelligence health bracelet that is not waterproof and only tracks steps but is also suppose to track sleep, heart rate, and blood pressure but those don't work and the watch is set to 24 hour mode and i can't change it so 3 pm displays as 15:00
i asked for a refund or the correct item to be sent
luckily i paid using PayPal so i might get a refund

I bought a waterproof smart connect bracelet that was falsely advertised I got a cheap knockoff Fitbit that overheated and stopped working after charging. I’ve tried reaching out to the company but the page is not available.

Ordered something almost 3 weeks ago (8/3/18) - PayPal was charged immediately.... i have NOT received my item, nor have I been provided tracking info/ shipping details... despite having sent FOUR emails to the company regarding my order, i have received NO response. I don’t know how a company like this is still in business and advertising on Instagram - next step is legal action. This is ridiculous. Scam alert.

Do not buy anything from this Company, I bought a thunderbolt for my MacBook air costing a lot of money. After 3 months of not receiving the product I emailed them, they said to me it's coming.
After 2 weeks I emailed them, some lady named Jessica emailed back and said they are experiencing problems with their shipping services I must wait. After almost 8 months I enquired and I received an email that this website is a scam and now my bank cannot even reverse the transaction because it happened more than 4 months ago.

Now some assistant manager is emailing me claiming they cannot find my order number in their records. My money is gone.
