Bluff

Bluff, beställde varor för snart 3 månader sen, har inte fått något eller hört något från dem!

Har skickat flera Mail men har inte fått svar.

Important Update: 2022.10.01

Due to technical issues, recently we are not processing the orders we are lately receiving. orders which we won't be able to fulfil will be cancelled and refunded.
Refund will be automatic and there will be no need to contact the customer support. refunds can take up to 2 months to be procced.

Dukanji will be fully operational again in the beginning of May 2023, we don't recommend you to place any orders until then.

Warning!

Not getting my order though its already played. Sent several emails and they are not getting back to me.
No way to call.

I placed ordered 3 months ago

I placed ordered 3 months ago, nothing shipped so far. I tried to reach them several times, no answer from them. It is written in their website that sending items may take upto two months therefore I waited till 2 months before I take action. I have a secreenshot that I made payment for items in tehir website. Now I will complain about them to authority that is responsible for online purchasing.

Bluff

I made an order 22 August and have still not received it. Did not get an confirmation email either. I sent an email to them about this and they have not replied.

Great customer service

I've made an order from this website few weeks ago, and when I reached out they told they have a technical issue but they fixed my order and plus they gave me a coupon code of 621 kr exactly same what I have paid for my order! I wish them to solve their problems and good luck..
