Appalling - avoid at all costs!

Appalling - avoid at all costs. Duke and scoop appears to be a fraudulent company so far.
I ordered two items on their website and paid. Shipping policy says it should be sent out next business day. A week later however and there is no update. I contacted their customer services via email. It states I should have a reply within 24 hours, but it is four days since I raised a ticket online and I have had no reply at all.
The item has not been shipped out yet, I can't get hold of anyone and I have asked for a refund. Still no response from the company at all. Shocking service and seems like a fraudulent website so far.

Awful all round 100% dropshippers

Awful all round. I ordered a pet tracking tag and a collar for my cat.

They took over a month to arrive, and the quality is terrible. Save your money and order the same thing on Temu or Aliexpress.

The tracker barely works; the instructions were written in broken English and were difficult to follow. It’s also very flimsy.

The orange collar I ordered has transferred dye onto the white patches of my cat and has given her an itchy, uncomfortable rash on her neck.

I contacted customer services first as I was reluctant to leave a bad review, but they gave me the infuriating advice to wash the collar (a bit late now) and some AI-generated copy on how to use the tracker.

Placed my order a week ago and no sign…

Placed my order a week ago and no sign of it even being dispatched yet. I have emailed but received no response except and automated email. I looked up their postal address and its a local post office. I suspect this is a scam and the business is not based in Holland. I will be contacting my bank for a refund.

I was nervous ordering an orthopedic…

I was nervous ordering an orthopedic dog bed because my older dog is picky. But once it arrived, he walked straight over and laid down. The fabric feels sturdy and not cheap. Shipping was fast and updates were clear. I’d buy this again without thinking.

This is the best thing I have ever…

This is the best thing I have ever spent money on.
Our 4 year old golden retriever has recently been so spoiled that he developed the habit of barking profusely anytime we put him outside or he was left on his own.
Within minutes of using this he stopped after one bark and it has completely trained him to be nice and calm instead of upset and noisy.
We used to feel so stressed when putting him outside before getting ready to go out but now it’s a peaceful experience.
It’s changed our life I will buy 10 more!

Placed the order and it took 3 weeks to…

Placed the order and it took 3 weeks to arrive by which time the product was no longer required. I e-mailed to ask for details to return the item and was first offered a 20% discount to keep it. I wasnt interested. Then it was 40%. Again, I replied i just wanted to return it. Then 70%. Finally they stopped replying to me.
Still awaiting instructions or some sort of reply to be able to return the product.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

tried it once, ended up impressed

Bought a toy bundle just to try the store and ended up impressed. Prices felt fair and the toys don’t look cheap. My dog hasn’t destroyed them yet which is rare. Shipping was faster than expected.

Delayed delivery awful customer service

My dog likes the bed but it arrived after five weeks. Customer service was really irritating with copied and pasted messages being repeatedly sent and my questions being ignored. There is no phone number and they never phoned me despite my request.

Avoid. Drop shipping, AliExpress products marked up

Cancelling order
Drop shipping company, exact same product found on AliExpress and Amazon (with the exact same image) for half the price and better shipping times.
Bought the K9 harness set and personalised patch, no contact about the personalisation and no contact regarding the ticket I have raised asking about it. It's been a week now.

Avoid and save your money by going straight to AliExpress or somewhere better.

Dukeandscoop - terrible - avoid

One star because I can not give 0 stars to review.

Ordered a collar on 3rd March, it is now 24th March and it’s not arrived and nobody from D&S are responding.

Avoid this company, just donate your money to somewhere else as you’ll get more out of that then they send you!!!

Came from china

You get an impression that the shop is based in NL, but the parcel took very long and came directly from China. Poor quality as you can expect. Highly overpriced for what you get. Very disappointed.
