Brilliant team, always a very pleasant experience. My daughter is also a patient and what could have been a nerve wracking experience for her became a fun and enjoyable visit. Highly recommend the lovely team and great service.

All round good service and very knowledgeable

Optician was lovely, really knew his stuff and gave me far more information than any other I have visited. I was given lots of support in choosing new frames which was great and left me very satisfied. Definitely a superior level of service compared to other opticians.

They’re all very friendly people at my local (Ellon/Aberdeenshire) branch. I feel very comfortable when I’m there. They adapt to accommodate my wheelchair. They rush to the door to help me and they’re a great team, I couldn’t ask for anything else really. There are a good selection of frames from budget to designer and they’re all modern, in trend and look great. I’ve had no issues with my frames, I haven’t needed any repairs in all the 9 years I’ve been with Duncan and Todd. The time it takes to get your new glasses is within the week and you receive a text message to tell you they’re ready to collect. Don’t need to make an appointment to collect and they make sure they’re a comfortable fit before you leave. I highly recommend Duncan and Todd.

Helpful staff, quickly realised I was practically rather than fashionable and carried out the examination, selection and fitting very well. I'm a repeat customer and will go back the next time.

Best eye test I’ve had. The optician really went through what she was doing and why. Very informative and friendly. Glasses are expensive but service and quality worth it.
