Spectacler!
Have been visiting Specsavers for many years but slowly becoming less satisfied with the degree of customer engagement both during the examination and when selecting frames and lenses.
Changing opticians has been a breath of fresh air! Great attention to detail during the examination and huge patience from the other staff while I pondered my choices. All in all a very positive experience indeed. Little short of spectacular in fact.

2020 Vision!
Staff are very friendly and professional in their dealings with the public. The vision tests are performed in a friendly and professional manner, with any questions answered clearly and concisely. They offered plenty of advice regarding choice and style of lenses and frames, and have a follow-on service freely available should this be required. All in all a very pleasant overall experience.

As a family of 5 we have attended Duncan and Todd for many years. We have always received an excellent service and felt our needs were always met. I always felt we got value for money especially as a single parent and always felt we had a thorough examination reassuring we received the best service.
