XXL is much smaller than I expected.
I just ordered three jumpers in "The Sale" ... great price, great pattern and a good quality, but, when they arrived very (and I mean VERY) small for what I'd expect from an XXL
I'm just trying to return them at THEIR cost, I'll keep you updated !
We'll see if their Customer Service is as good as everything else !

Large Navy Pom Pom
The Pom Pom received had the popper part attached to the Pom Pom but the other part of the popper to attach it to the garment wasn’t supplied. Paid premium postage but took too long to arrive and therefore could not give as I birthday gift as arrived too late.

Not a pleasant experience
I ordered 5 items from Dunedin. I sent a mans jumper back which was not knitted but a polyester fabric and had an incredibly long thin body and arms equally unreasonably long . An appalling product. I also returned 2 lambswool/cashmere scarves, advertised as very soft which were not. One blanket scarf was superbly soft and well packaged so I ordered some more for presents. They came rolled up and unpackaged, squashed in a small plastic delivery bag. They had obviously been well fingered as they were not up to the standard of my first order. One had a price label and a security tag on it so seems to have been on display in a shop. Very disappointed. Will not buy again.
