Where do we start?
So many great things to say about Paul and the fantastic service he offered and delivered.
We recently bought and sold through Dunford-Brown Residential and although the experience was often stressful, Paul kept a calm, level-headed, and professional approach throughout the whole process.

My previous experience with other Estate Agents had forged a very strong opinion that they were all, not worth the money you paid. I had always felt that I could have done a better job myself.
Well, my opinion of other estate agents hasn't changed as they all seem to fall very short of the impeccable service that Paul provided.
We cannot recommend highly enough the wonderful experience we had with Paul. If we could give him ten stars, we would.
He was always on the job and available at all hours to answer a question or have a chat about how things were progressing, even whilst on holiday. I'm not suggesting you call him at midnight, but he certainly doesn't work nine to five.

Our house sold very quickly and so did our next-door neighbour who also listed with Paul after our recommendation.

If you are looking to have your mind changed about Real Estate Agents then Paul Dunford-Brown is your man. Friendly, professional, always responsive, and just a thoroughly nice man who gets the job done.

All that was promised was delivered and more. After all the horror stories about estate agents this one is highly professional and efficient. The negotiation with the purchasers was mediated well and all the potential potholes smoothed out efficiently to the satisfaction all round.

We just bought a place through Paul, and have to say that it was a pleasure working with him. He was always proactive, quick to answer, and invariably gave us updates before our Solicitors did.
His advice was welcome, and his knowledge of the local property market is excellent. We would thoroughly recommend him.

I knew Paul was a fantastic choice when I received a phone call on a Sunday afternoon a few minutes after submitting a web request to receive details of the service. On a Sunday? Wow! But this is how Paul works - it's his own business and he worked tirelessly and seemingly all hours to firstly sell our house and then help ensure the sale progressed as quickly and efficiently as possible. Phone gone to voicemail because the office closed at 5pm? Nope, not with Paul. When he wasn't immediately available he'd ring or email back as soon as possible, no matter how late at night. We were hugely impressed by Paul's service and I can't recommend him highly enough. Oh, and he's a super-nice guy as well!

Paul sold our house quickly and efficiently, for over the asking price. He responded to all queries promptly, and really listened to what we wanted from the process. We wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and highly recommend him to others.
