Wonderful Service
We sold our house with Dunford-Brown Residential in December 2020.
Paul was very Friendly, Helpful, Supportive, Organised, Informative & Professional.
Nothing was too much trouble. He was always at the other end of the phone, should we need him & always keeping us up with any news.
If we had any Queries, he was always there to follow them up, for the smoothest move possible.
We were very pleased with the Photographs & Description too.
Should the need ever arise in the future, Paul will definitely be our choice !!

Smooth transaction!
Paul was really helpful with our recent house purchase. He responded to initial email requests from us on a Sunday to arrange a viewing which is not the case with many agents! He kept in contact regularly and helped keep everything on track meaning we were able to get from offer accepted to completion in a little over three months. This was quite an achievement in COVID times and with Christmas in between too. Thanks Paul!

Absolutely brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant service, moving house can be stressful and unpredictable but Paul was amazing and supported us throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble and he was excellent at communicating and keeping us updated. Definitely recommend Paul for a tailor-made, personalised and professional service. All estate agents are NOT the same!
