We recently had a Level 3 with Dunham Hale Chartered Surveyors at a property we are buying in Highgate. The property is in poor condition. Neil found almost 70k estimated defects. We have just renegotiated on 50% of this so we are very pleased. Just a note that the drone survey of the roof and chimney stack was worth it. This was the bulk of the 70k with a new roof and two new chimney stacks needed. The report was super detailed and communication with Neil excellent. Best survey we have ever had so much so we have recommended to a friend of ours. Thanks we are very pleased.

Refreshing to find a company these days where you speak with the person doing to work. Neil and Dunham's were excellent. Neil is very experienced and knowledgeable and knows what he's doing. Process was easy, filla form, pay the invoice then booked survey. Neil called before the survey and afterwards. The report was detailed and we opted for a Level 3 with a Drone. What we found were issues with roof, minor damp, new boiler needed and few other issues. We managed to negotiate 16500 off our original offer. A credit to his profession and to RICS. Very pleased

Needed a survey fast due to an Auction property in 5 days. Dunham Surveyors stepped up, survey done day after report complete day after that. Amazing. The feedback from Neil was excellent. Best surveyors we have ever used. Speed, quality and thoroughly stress free.

We were approached by several companies but Dunham Surveyors stood out for the drone survey, ease of booking and for the very professional conversation with Neil. The report was very detailed and structured and easy to read. Lots of issues with the house we were buying in North London, that we were unaware of. Not a cheap survey by any means but for us, £1600 for the money we saved on the house was a tenth and money well spent. Excellent service and quality from start to finish. Recently had a RICS Level 3 survey for a house we are buying in Islington, North London from Dunham Hale Surveyors. Very impressed. While they are a small company this doesn't detract from the fact that the communication, advice and quality of the report was top drawer. We discovered issues about the house we were well aware and managed to negotiate £9500 off the original offer. Definitely worth the money we spent. Special mention to Neil who went out of his way to go through every point of concern within the report.

Excellent. Very detailed report. Lots of photos and even a video and drone survey. Our house in SE London was in poor condition and we saved a lot of money. Neil was very good and spend 30 mins going through the report afterwards. Recommended to friends and very pleased.

Recommended by two people to use Dunham Surveyors. We are buying a semi detached in SW London and found them very easy to deal with. The whole process was straightforward. We had the quote, filled in the form and Dunham's did the rest.

The report was very detailed but easy to follow. We saved £37,000 off the property and very pleased. The Drone survey was very handy and Neil is pretty experienced as a Surveyor so we felt confident throughout and from the recommendations.
