The beef (and vegan) wellingtons were excellent. Delivery was swift and easy - packaging was great. The three wellingtons had only become slightly defrosted, but that was absolutely fine as I was cooking them two days later.

My guests said that they were perfect, although I think the cooking instructions with regards to the beef wellingtons were slightly too long. I would also ask if you could pop the recommended internal temperature on the instructions, as that would be useful when cooking - to make sure we get them out at the right time.

Another request, is that quite a bit of juices come out of the wellingtons prior to cooking, which did damage the pastry a bit. I had to open them up and place them on kitchen paper to absorb some of the liquid. Would recommend adding that note in as well.

Just a small bit of constructive feedback, however, everything was perfect!

The meat was tender green sauce went well and potatoes too. Choc mousse huge enough for two but thought biscuit disappointing should have been crumbly shortbread

Lovely piece of meat - beautifully prepared- went straight onto the BBQ with fantastic result ! 👍

The merguez lamb sausages were so tasty and just the right amount of spice. Delivery was quick and efficient.

Would definitely recommend.

The only thing with the red currant jelly we thought is was a little runny but had a lovely flavour.

By and large excellent quality at a fair price, but why are the weights ripped off?

Thank you for the Christmas deliveries. I received some biscuits that had been crushed a little in the box and received a replacement box with some extra chocolate honeycomb as recognition that it had taken some days to post out - it hadn’t in my opinion but I thought the gesture was lovely.
