We actually sold the item you purchased at a pop up the day before your purchase. We've worked hard for our future pop up events to make sure that this doesn't happen again going forward
We sent you an email to see how you wanted to proceed (either a swap or a refund), but we didn't hear back. We then issued you a full refund a few days later when we didn't hear back.
