I appreciate his clear communication about delivery timelines, and recommendations to keep the costs reasonable. Beautiful lamps delivered carefree to the Netherlands
Dusk Lighting has such a lovely selection of products. We have ordered lamps from Dusk Lighting multiple times. It has always been such an easy, carefree experience. Their customer service is responsive and very helpful, the delivery is prompt and no additional taxes are charged upon delivery (to the Netherlands). The payment truly includes all costs. Hope someone finds this helpful as ordering from a different country can be uncertain. Cheers.

Excellent communication and immediate follow up. My floor lamp arrived promptly but the glass shade was smashed on delivery delivery. Will at Dusk dealt with this immediately and provided a new lamp after submitting photos of the damage. He was extremely courteous and efficient. I now have a replacement which looks great. I would definitely recommend this company.
