I can see that you contacted us looking for a Searchlight replacement glass shade that was not listed on our website. We were able to source the item for you and add it to our website so that you could place the order.
As this was a Searchlight spare part, it was advertised with a 7 working day lead time while we obtained the replacement glass from the supplier. The estimated dispatch date shown during checkout, and before payment was made, was 28th May. Our records show that your order was dispatched on 27th May, slightly earlier than estimated, and was delivered the following day on 28th May.
We're glad we were able to help source a spare part that was not otherwise available on our website and that the order reached you within the timeframe originally provided. In fact, we did not make a profit on this order; we arranged it simply to help you obtain the replacement part you needed.

What an incredible customer service.
What an incredible customer service.
We are going through big renovation project. Ordered four Serax lights a while ago (a few months ago) and kept them in storage. When we got to the point of installing lights we discovered two lights were broken.
Didn’t have much hope as we purchased those lights a long time ago and returns or complains window has passed, but tried to contact the Dusk lighting anyways. Within a few hours received reply and was offered to send two lights as a gesture of good will.
That is beyond impressive.
