Ordered a present on March 11th. Confirmation said delivery in April. This didn’t happen and no communication either. Has not responded to request for refund.

UPDATE 09/05/24
Re-sent previous email and received a reply to apologise for delays in processing orders. Offered next day delivery or refund and chose to take delivery which then arrived promptly as promised.

Approximately two days ago, I posted a genuine one-star review on Trusted Pilot to share my dissatisfaction with the lack of response to my previous emails sent to Dutch Courage over a period of 3 weeks . Despite sending my enquiries to their registered customer service email address provided on their website, I did not receive any acknowledgment or resolution
until I posted a review on trusted pilot In order to alert other potential customers about this issue, I felt it necessary to leave an honest review.

To my surprise, Nikki the owner reached out to me via her personal email address, claiming that she had indeed responded to my emails and suggesting that they may have been filtered into my spam folder. I reassured her that this was not the case, as I diligently checked all folders and found no trace of her alleged responses. Our subsequent email exchange involved me explaining this situation, and eventually, I received a refund for my purchase that day.

However, what truly disappointed me was the unprofessional and rude manner in which Nikki handled the situation. In her email, she explicitly stated that I was not welcome to shop with her company again and even went so far as to say she had blocked my address from placing orders. Such behaviour towards a customer who provided a genuine review, with the intention of warning others about the lack of response, is both disheartening and unbecoming of a reputable business.

As a customer, I believe it is crucial to have open and transparent communication with businesses, especially when issues arise. It is disconcerting to encounter such dismissive and disrespectful treatment when all I wanted was a resolution to my initial concerns. While I had no intention of shopping with their company again, I cannot help but question the professionalism and customer service practices that led to this unfortunate incident.

My husband made an order from Dutch Courage Lingerie early Dec 2023. By mid-Jan 2024 we had not received the order or any information. Both my husband and myself have sent emails, Instagram messages and then a message via the 'shop' app. When I got a reply in early February, I was told a replacement for the missing order would be dispatched by the end of the week. We are now in March and despite twice trying to make contact to chase the order, there has been no response. This is theft. Dutch courage are happy to take your money but apparently do not sent out your items.

This is beautiful lingerie, great quality and super fit. I’ve had several pieces and they don’t disappoint. Suspender clasps are good quality and the material is also very good. Not your average high street stuff that is often a wear once only quality, this gear is top, and has had some very good compliments when it’s on too! I would highly recommend.

Initial process was great, order arrived in super quick time. However, i needed to return the item and it took a while to get a response on how to do this. The item was returned in early January and i have not heard a word since. I have replied numerous times to emails from Niki, so i know i am using the correct email address. I have not had a single response since the email she sent telling me where to send the return.

Having contacted the company numerous times, via email and the Shop website, I am still waiting for my refund. I have proof of postage stating the item has been received their end, which was the middle of December 2023.

Bought the Runa set and I really love it, even nicer in reality than online. Such nice colours and detailing. Fits well.

Absolutely gorgeous, sexy underwear sets. I have 2 sets of bras, knickers and suspenders now from Dutch Courage Lingerie and they are made of the most beautiful fabrics. The fit is great and they are perfect for date nights. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely love this body suite. Perfect size feels amazing on and my partner loved it also Perfect for leaving on while still able to continue with intended fun. One of the things m partner hated about lingerie is not be able to enjoy me in it having to remove the item before continuing with intended fun which makes this the perfect item as we can fully enjoy the item and continue with the fun.
