I recently bought the Jonquil Bra with Swarovski crystals. It is absolutely gorgeous, delicate and super comfortable too. It makes you feel like a sex bomb! The company is a true find as Niki, the owner, understands both her customer and what service is all about. I highly recommend.

The website was lovely and I was so excited about my order, but it never arrived. Logistics problems. The owner Niki was extremely helpful.

Wrong item sent, emailed repeatedly with no response. Item returned with certificate of posting - again no response to email. Case opened with PayPal

Correct goods now received. Request for review to be changed by the owner however the extremely poor customer service and the need to contact PayPal etc before it was sorted out still puts it at a 1 star service - shame as the products are excellent. Sort the customer service out and I would think about using again.

Never received never been posted with Royal Mail, several emails and instagram messages still no contact but can post up photoshoots, not how customers should be treated. Avoid avoid avoid!

Ordered a set for my partner and it didn’t fit. I have emailed twice in the last week to arrange a refund and have had no reply despite the website stating that they reply within 24-48 hours. Very poor customer service

Items are really nice but zero customer service. Make sure you know EXACTLY what you want to to but as they will ignore your emails and it seems like there are no returns.

After much searching I found the perfect item for my girlfriend's birthday on the Dutch Courage page and placed an order. Niki contacted me to explain that delivery of the product had been delayed and offered to refund or to wait. I chose to wait as, for once, I'd ordered in plenty of time. True to her word, once Niki received the garment from her supplier she despatched to me on a 24 tracked service and included some lovely gift wrapping. The item itself was exactly as advertised and proved to be a perfect present. The service and communication that I received from Niki was also top class. and I won't hesitate to purchase from Dutch Courage again in the future.

My original item ordered from Dutch didn't arrive for my anniversary, the tracking with royal mail didn't give much info so I explained the situation to Niki who works there (Business owner?). Niki organised for a replacement product to be sent that very hour as special recorded next day delivery and all for free. I got my items in time for my wife and I and we couldn't be happier with the stunning products and the service. Thank you Dutch Courage and especially Niki for all your help!

This company have a good selection of lingerie. As a lingerie newbie, I saw their ads on facebook and went ahead and purchased some items as I had decided to start my lingerie journey.

I have learned a lot from the experience; mainly that there are lingerie sellers out there that purchase cheap lingerie from sites such as Shein (at last one of the bodysuits on the DC website is from here sold for 4 times the price) and then sell them with a large markup.

So, fool me fell for that, but it gets worse ...

They did not refund me for one of the items I sent back. I queried this and they did not respond to my message. They do state they may take up to 48 hours to respond but I go no response and it took multiple messages for them to get back to me.

I ended up opening a case with Paypal who refunded me. In all, it took me a month to get my money back.

So, avoid this company. I found the experience stressful and know that I got ripped off for what I did pay for.

I ordered an item from the website on 8th Jan and received an email on the 11th saying it had been dispatched. However, this item actually wasn’t in stock and wasn’t dispatched. I received a full refund on 2nd February so the matter is now resolved
