Dutch Label Shop have created a nice label for my online shop Busy Bee Blossom. Their customer service is very helpful and guided me in the right direction. The labels are nice too and arrived in a reasonable time.

I using labels made by Dutch Label Shop for many years. And I always impressed by quality of the product, by time of the delivery, and care about customers. Highly recommended Dutch Label Shop for your unique labels for all your unique projects!

I ordered some labels for my quilt making and was so pleasantly surprised, they are lovely and just what I wanted.

Absolutely horrendous customer service, horrible quality, horrible everything. I am reporting them to the better business bureau. They took forever to produce anything. The first proof was horrible, the 2nd proof was what I wanted, but not what I got. I asked for a 1/4" sew line on each side. I got .17" on one side. Can't even use the labels. I called no one answered, I messaged on their website and they told me I got what I ordered even though I showed them a photo of the product that was wrong. They do not stand behind their guarantee. Stay far away from this company. They used to be good. Now they are HORRIBLE. Updating my 5/10/24 review. It is now 5/23/24. Still no labels. Sent me another proof. It was wrong. Still no new proof. It has been so long. They refused a refund, yet provide no good product. I say stay far far away from them.

I have no idea what you mean by rude. I can put the first instructions here with a screenshot. You have the wrong person. I have asked for a seam allowance from the beginning. You are addressing the wrong person. My guess is you call everyone rude to cover for your mistakes. I have ordered from the 25 plus businesses that I own over 400 times from you over a period of almost 9 years. I have noticed a decline in quality, timeliness but have never said anything to you or left a negative review for any of this decline. However, if you want to call me rude, I could leave one from each of the businesses. I have never personally spoken with you, my assistant has, so you must have the wrong person. I would be happy to remove this review if you remove your rude remark and get my order to me. If not, I guess I could have all the companies show the communication from you and what we have had to deal with. I'm not sure what happened, but the last year with you hasn't been pleasant at all.

I was given the details of Dutch Label Company by a mate after seeing the quality of his patches he had purchased.
I contacted them with my requirements and I was again impressed with the service I received. It was easy stress free and the product was perfect.
I highly recommend these guys!!!

Love the brand amazing quality and will definitely be utilizing them for more work. The turn around times are a little slower but they are clear and upfront about that when the labels go into production. The team here is a great and a pleasure to work with. Really pleased with my purchase.

What an experience!! I found the Dutch Label Shop after a quick search and decided to give them a shot. Having no first hand reviews or prior knowledge of the company I thought it may be risky but proceeded anyway. The easy to use ordering process seemed too easy and too good to be true so I didn’t set my hopes high. When my order arrived I was absolutely blown away. The product FAR surpassed any and all expectations. It may seem small and silly but to a designer seeing your label in real life is a moving experience.. and there it was, in my hand. My label. Will absolutely be ordering again!

Excellent quality and colour matching.
They took a little longer than I expected (having never ordered before), but I my chaser enquiry was answered promptly and politely with an estimated delivery date provided that was beaten.
I recommend Dutch Label Shop and will be using them again.

It did take 3 weeks to process my order plus shipping, but this was expected as outlined in the T&Cs. Other than the longish wait, it was perfect :)

I've ordered a few times now and have never had an issue with them. The nice bonus this time was that the labels were already folded and ironed so I didn't have to do that step. Love this!!

Don't buy from DutchLabelShop.

Let me explain why. I selected this company due to its quick delivery and expected to receive 10 patches within four weeks, which included their two-week processing time + shipping. However, it has been over a 5 weeks, and I still haven't received my order. Their support team was professional, but they could only offer a 30% refund, which, to be honest, is not much of a consolation for me. It's particularly frustrating since these patches were supposed to be part of a more significant project.

DONT BUY

This was my first time ordering. The site was easy to use and labels easy to put together and order. When I received them, I found the lettering on these were more crisp and readable than other places I've ordered from. Shipping was relatively quick to my location in Canada. In short I'm totally happy with the purchase and when I need more labels, I'll return.

Normally I had had acceptable experiences with this company. Lately they have completely lost my trust. I waited to order until they completed the facility work they advertised in early Feb. Now I have 3 late orders. 2 orders are over a month old. They all listed the normal 7-10 days when I ordered. After contacting customer support they lied and claimed they advertised there would be delays - but their website was back to normal when I placed orders and they stated nothing about delays while they worked through backlogs. Then they lied again and said my orders would be done last week. Now they are saying end of this week. DELAYS HAPPEN. LIES CAN'T! And they need some mechanism to compensate businesses they lie to and FAIL, when businesses count on honest and reliable businesses to not cost them money.

Absolutely brilliant. The service and communication from start to finish was spot on. While there were delays in receiving the patches, the team kept in touch and let us know what was happening. I cannot thank Nathan and the team enough - absolutely everything I could have wanted.
