Duty Refunds saved the day
Duty Refunds saved the day. I was left feeling disappointed when a merchant in the EU failed to refund the UK duty and VAT when I sent the item back. Duty Refunds stepped in and got me a refund including the VAT paid to my bank account in 24 hours. Easy to use website. Excellent communication throughout. Very good experience.

Great Experience
Very good company, they take a 15% fee however, worth the fee. They’re efficient and have been great communicators. Recommend to anyone trying to reclaim duty.

Thanks Duty Refunds, It is possible to apply to HMRC on your own, but it is such a nightmare why would you? Duty Refunds are very prompt to respond and require the minimum of information. They take it from there and give regular updates. We'll worth their fee.

Well worth the 15% commission
Well worth the 15% commission - do exactly what they say on the proverbial tin, whole process took about a month end to end and it was completely painless (unlike the one claim I successfully managed to make myself, with tons of paperwork and a year long wait where I'd basically given up on getting anything). Thanks!
