Really easy to use
Really easy to use. I was very unsure about using duty refunds at first because it seemed a little too easy, but decided to give it a shot since they didn't require any payment details etc first, and I'm so glad I did! Within minutes of submitting the claim, they had sent a request to DHL for all the necessary docs. The claim to HMRC was submitted a few days later, and I received my refund less than 3 weeks after submitting the claim. For how easy the process is, it's well worth the 15% fee! I got a refund of £82 which I probably would have never been able to get had I filled out the forms myself. Would definitely recommend dutyrefunds to others, and will use them again if I ever need to claim a refund.

Worked well for me
Worked well for me. Spent about 10 minutes filling out the forms to claim back tax from items that I've returned to EU. They handled the rest. Just got my refund, It took a few weeks. I think i've saved a lot of time. Very happy.

I must say I was very happy with how they dealt with my claim.communications was really good kept me updated very easy to start the claim and recived my duty tax refund I would use them again and again if I ever need to make a claim in order to get my taxes and duty back on goods

Simple and Easy
This is a very simple and easy to use service. Just upload your invoices and they do all the rest for you. Got my refund about 6 weeks after sending my forms off. Very happy. Would probably have never seen that money again if it wasn't for this site.
