I ordered a duux whisper fan from Fashion world catalogue and it was missing the remote. I reached out to Duux direct rather than sending item back and reordering and they kindly sent a remote control which came the next day. Quick email response and Outstanding friendly customer service. The fan is amazing quality and worth every penny, best on the market.

So pleased I bought this. It's actually for MY DOG!
She sleeps on my bed and is a double coated border collie. When it's above 20 degrees in the bedroom she's too warm.
I've used a really old fan for absolutely years but could only have it on the slowest setting due to intrusive noise.
This fan is SO much better. Seriously quiet, super adjustable to your requirements, AND it's remote controlled. Total winner for me.

With the Whisper fan, I can finally put my night sweats to bed.
With its quiet sound and whispering sweet nothing into my ear at night, I am lulled to sleep by its gentle breeze. Too much? No problem. with a swift adjustment by remotely pressing some buttons I can keep it at any pace of my choosing. And with its height adjustment, it can keep me cool wherever I need it to be.

The fan is working excellently. It is very quiet and efficient. The one star was is because their website at the time of ordering was a bit of a mess with a couple of out of date promotions still showing. When I emailed about this I was told that I was mistaken, and the promotions ( one saying that the price was £99) had vanished. No word of apology. This doesn't effect the product, which I recommend, but rather reflects the company's attitudes.

I purchased a fan at the start of June, to use in very hot weather. I haven't needed to use it much but I have been delighted with it. My version has a remote control (not an app). This works perfectly.
I am delighted with how effective the fan is & virtually silent. I can use it during a Zoom session without it disturbing anyone.
The online purchase & delivery was easy and quick.

We bought one whisper fan and liked it so much we bought another. very quiet and very efficient . Like having the timer as an hour gets us off to sleep .
Made such a difference to the bedrooms as the house has dormers and it’s like sleeping in the loft , very very hot.

This fan is brilliant. Apart from going from side to side it goes up and down too, plus you can have a gentle breeze or half a gale. It’s very quiet and there is a night time option too when it’s super quiet, couldn’t be happier with my choice of fan. Oh yes, and there’s a cover to keep it in when it’s not required.

I bought the whisper fan. It does its job quietly, so full marks for that, and overall seems well made. I do have a couple of criticisms - the 26 levels of air flow is irritating, as it just makes changing the fan speed more laborious than it needs to be. Really, a dozen levels would be plenty!

Also whilst it is well made that description doesn't extend to the little cradle which comes with it for the remote control. That thing is awful - has a very loose feeling connection to the main body such that it easily falls off when you need to move the fan. Very out of place with how its otherwise constructed.

Overall though its a great fan.

From ordering our product to it arriving in the post we had no issues. The website was very clear and we had full updates on delivery. We already had a duux whisper fan and wanted another as it was great so we now have 2 and have bought the covers to keep them dust free when not been used

Excellent service from the initial order and delivery to the aftersale query and their second to none customer service. The Whisper fan is perfect for warm nights due to its timer and night mode options. The adjustable height is also useful!

Good website, great service, fantastic products.
I now have 3 fans and will probably be buying another. My favourite feature is the incredibly low noise and coupled with the timer is great when going to sleep.
