Good Value, Very Quiet, Fast Delivery.

We already had a DUUX fan, and a marketing email provided us with the impetus we needed to buy a second one to replace another, rather old, and rather noisy, fan.

The offer price for the Whisper Flex Smart Fan was very good, and the delivery fast. Very satisfied with the order process, and delvery speed.

The fly in the ointment as been the 'SMART' capability. So far it will not connect to Alexa, even thoughthe branding, box, and specs, indicate it should.
It appears there is some update in the system to resolve this, but not yet here.

A little disappointing, but can still use the DUUX App, and as it was a very good price, and is so quiet compared to other fans we have tried, we are keeping it.

Duux fans are fantastic. I have the whisper fan and the portable and I have to say they’re like having air conditioning on. I got rid of my 4 tower fans as the whisper fan does more than them altogether. I highly recommend couldn’t be without mine now love them !!

Bought a fan from Duux. It was in offer at a better price than anywhere else. It was delivered the next day and the fan is excellent. I am impressed by the service from ordering to receiving it and also the quality of the product itself.

Great offer price on a whisper flex fan. Delivery was very quick and the product itself is great, easy to use and quiet.

Had to take advantage of the recent discount offer as already have 2 of these fans which provide all the cooling you need. We even use one in Spain instead of the aircon overnight as it is quieter. Would highly recommend.

The fan worked very well,and very easy to assemble. However the wi-fi pairing and connection to alexa hardly ever works.

I order my fan on a Saturday & was here next day Sunday ~ amazing!

Being disabled and not working I took advantage of your sale prices. The fan arrived on time. As I have various medical conditions the fan suits me perfectly. It is very quiet and from what I gather is not too much usage on power. It oscillates and moves the air around perfectly and I can sit on my sofa and still feel the breeze coming from the fan. All in all a great purchase and I’m extremely happy with it.

Thanks for informing me that the fan is broken otherwise i wouldn’t figure that out!

My question is why u want me to send you the proof of purchase and then ask me to contact the seller since you already know that the warranty is expired.

My grandfather has a cheep fan from the 70s that still work and this one that costs 200 Euros with the battery has to break so soon. If the vertical function was broken i could live with it but without the horizontal function the thing is almost useless.
I can see on the internet that i,m not the only one with this issue (which i,m sure you are already aware of!)

I was about to get a Xiaomi fan but i decided give Duux a chance which i now regret and this purchase will definitely be my last one from this brand, plus i will for sure write a review about this and warn other about buying any Duux product.

Saw this product in a store but they didn’t have the colour so I went directly to this company I ordered it and it got delivered very quickly

Great fan. Very quiet, which is what we wanted for use in the bedroom. Looks good too. A bit pricey, but well worth the money.

Prompt delivery , customer service line helpful however was given some incorrect information which delayed the issue I had which was frustrating but hopefully now sorted

This product is useless. Will not connect to the WiFi. I have tried everything suggested. Watched numerous videos yet nothing. This seems to be a ongoing issue that's not being resolved across the board. It connected to WiFi for a week then stopped. I've paid the extra money for the smart function. It shouldn't be this difficult to get the product to connect to WiFi. So frustrating as I wanted to purchase a second product but I am totally put off now. I would not recommend this product as without the smart function it's a highly overpriced fan.
