First class experience start to finish.
Fantastic experience with this company from start to finish. Gary visited us to provide a quote. He was professional and explained about the windows, options for payment and window styles. There was no hard sell and he gave me time to think it over before I committed to going ahead. My windows and door have been installed yesterday and today by Craig and Corey. They were amazing, super polite and told me what they were doing each day. They cleaned up after themselves and explained how the windows worked. They worked extremely hard and I’m over the moon with the job they have done! A huge thank you to all of DX team.

DX Home Improvements were really excellent when I needed new windows and a door for my home. Their salesperson was professional and helped me to pick which windows and doors would work for my home. Over the two days of installation the two installers were quick, professional and easy to talk to. They worked tirelessly and did an excellent job. Work good..Timing poor.. Info giving also or.
Raymond gave a good start by giving an excellent briefing on the goods and services offered. I checked on other companies prices and then gave the job to DX Home. Poor timing on Day One as my time slot, 8 to 10am, was not met and no home call, and I had to chase up the office. Got a reason but fitter only turned up at 11.30am, although they did do a good job on first two windows.
Day Two 9.50am arrival, this timing of arrivals is the main gripe, as they did get on with the fittings. Day Three finished last window by noon. Not a great job of tiding round outside of house and both downstairs window stiles are filthy, no sign of a clean up. Marks off for timing but windows and price were excellent.

Worked non stop to get the job done
The guys that fitted the windows were great, they arrived in the morning, went non stop until they were done.
Luke & Brad ensured I was happy with each window and the door, Andy & Lewis smashed out an all day job of getting a velux fitted. They were clean throughout, removed all the old stuff and they all cleaned behind them.
Cracking service, would defo use again

From the first appointment with Darcey…
From the first appointment with Darcey to the finished window installation everything went smoothly. Darcey was able to give me a good price for the three windows I needed replaced and showed me a sample of the windows to be fitted.
From then on the office staff kept me informed of when the job would be done and managed to fit me in to their schedule very quickly.
The installation team were very professional and tidy.
I am very pleased with my new windows and would highly recommend DX home improvements.
