Arrived on time and complete all windows in one day. Left the home clean and tidy. Outstanding service from everyone even the girls in the office. Well done. Going to recommend to friends and neighbours. Oh I did I say quality product at a great price.

This has got to be the worst company I have ever come in contact with, they done my windows soffits and fascia and what a total disaster it is , gutters leak all over the place, soffits don’t line up, and looks as though a rat has chewed the edges, joining strips missing o ff fascia and soffit end caps missing off fascia, they covered all the old facsia and soffit so there is no vents, soffits are too short so you can see 40 mm of old facsia, flat roof now leaks as they butted as they fitted the new facsia up to the felt and tried to seal the edge with silicone , Dx home improvements kept promising me they would sort my issues out and kept coming up with all sorts of excuses, then asked me to find a scaffold company which I got the prices for and still nothing

Amazing company to work with. All their staff I came in contact with from sales, office, fitters were absolutely incredible. They really seemed to genuinely care about getting you the best fit for you and not just upselling for the sake of it. Communication was fantastic and the fitters were great and left my house exactly as they found it.

Love our new windows. The window fitters started at 8am and didn't stop until 2pm having fitted 8 windows. Professionally fitted and all mess cleared away. Darcy made such an impression we chose DX home.

Amazing company , each worker I spoke to and met were amazing people so friendly and helpful. Got the windows installed within weeks . And they are stunning . I recently had front door replaced and new french doors to rear of my property and I could’nt be more satisfied the installation was spot on from Andy and his son and DX Homes was excellent in arranging everything.

Your representative Darcey was very informative and knowledgeable.
This allowed us to make an informed decision on what to purchase.
She was in constant contact with us to ensure things were OK.

The installation didn't go well initially as there was quite a bit of snagging work to be carried out. However, this was carried out promptly and professionally.

Overall we are delighted with the finish.

We did my due diligence when buying the windows for our home, I contacted numerous companies, had numerous visits and discussions. When we met Darcey from DX Home Improvements we instantly felt at easy, when she explained the family ran business I knew we had found the company. The installation went fast and very smoothly they left a great job and were extremely tidy on the tidy up.

Great team from start to finish. No heavy sales pitch, turned up on time, five windows and a door fitted in two days. Fitters cleaned as they went and left a great finish. Would use this company again and highly recommend their standard of work and professionalism.

I had new windows and a front door installed by DX Home Improvements. The sales process was professional and the interest free finance option was helpful.

However, the installation quality and finishing were below what I expected.

On the installation day, the work appeared rushed. Several trims were uneven or not straight, one trim was missing entirely, silicone work was excessive and poorly finished in several areas, and the side panel required replacement. I was told I would be contacted regarding the missing trim, but no one followed up and I had to chase this myself.

When I raised concerns about uneven trims, I was told this was due to uneven walls. While I understand walls are not always perfectly straight, I would have expected proper finishing techniques such as packers or more precise trim work rather than accepting visibly uneven results.

I also observed adhesive residue and the use of glue on parts of the window frame and trims, which did not give confidence in the quality of the finishing.

Although remedial visits took place in July and August and some issues were corrected, other problems were left unresolved. There was damage to the external wall, skirting board, and a phone line socket during installation, which I ultimately had to repair myself.

The remedial fitter was polite and professional, but the overall experience was affected by poor finishing quality, lack of attention to detail, communication gaps, and the need to personally chase unresolved issues.

While the products themselves appear to be good, the installation and aftercare did not reflect the level of quality advertised. Based on my experience, I would be cautious about using DX Home Improvements again.

We had a great experience with DX home improvements. From Raymond our sales advisor to Andy and his son fitting our new windows we couldn’t be more pleased with the end result!

Darcey came out and gave a quote. No hard sales pitch or pressure. Quote was reasonable. Had widows replaced within 3 weeks. Fitters Mark and John very efficient and friendly. They cleaned up when job complete. Job well done.

Like a previous review I had the same issues , too many contractors and no communication or accountability. A nightmare from the offset, I would expect a manager attending at the end of the job to check everything went ok but it didn’t happen. A £10k bathroom I’d expect better service , I've emailed and I’ve text and called a manger to arrange a faulty toilet seat replacement and shower tray needing sealed after a new tile cracked. His response weeks ago was I can only apologise but here we are and it’s still not resolved. On several occasions contractors were leaving my job to go to others and vice versa, I would expect a team to arrive and remove the old units followed by the tiler then the new install the surveyor said 5 days…not even close. They should focus on bringing more tradesmen in-house to ensure greater accountability.
In response from DX it was stated the toilet seat was changed twice , this was inaccurate it was changed once and I chased up changing it again as it still wasn’t right as observed by 2 of your guys who were out to changed the cracked tile. I was told it was changed out of good will however they should read up on trading standards law and when something isn’t fit for purpose. I eventually decided to break all routes of communication. I do note however there is no mention of repeatedly asking me to take down what I believe to be honest feedback. There are things I could raise but it’s not worth the ongoing stress. I eventually bought the same toilet seat and fitted it myself and I have had no issues since. I have also sealed the shower that should have been done too. I had considered at the start if everything went ok I was potentially getting them to do the kitchen, but that won’t be happening.

Not only do they install great windows, they’re after sales service is fantastic also. Keep in touch and keep you informed too. My wife said Debbie was fantastic polite and friendly. Ty again DX and that’s without the issue being fixed yet!! Just a great company to deal with.

Had Darcey out to give me a quote for new windows and doors. Darcey was very knowledgeable about the products. There was no hard sell from her she gave the best price she could. The fitters were amazing no hassle with installation and they tidied up after themselves. 10/10 would recommend

Fantastic experience from start to finish.
Had Darcey out who went through styles and prices with us. She was very knowledgeable and passionate about the windows. Was no hard sell like other companies we had out. Which made us feel at so much ease that we decided to go ahead.
The lads who fitted the windows done a smashing job. They also cleaned up very well.

Hi had my windows 3 windows 2 large a d one composite door fitted today the team where excellent. Work men came on time very professional and to high standard cleaned any mess and I am.more than pleased with the standard of my door and windows .really great job would recommend 👌.
