DX Home Improvements Ltd 

Paid large deposit for a conservatory in March was told we would be sat in it by end of May enjoying it by salesman Gary!
Didn’t hear anything after deposit was paid, I chased up the “survey” which I was told to allow 2 hours out my day for, for someone to appear and take 7 minutes.
Again weeks of silence no contact, I then called and was told that it was with planning department, left it two weeks and then tried contacting again, every time I called the person was in a “meeting” i became concerned that no one was returning my calls or emails and no date had been set and this was mid May now! So I contacted the planning department who told me that no application had been made and I had been lied to!
So after many calls and emails and calling Gary the original sales person we finally got a “manager” who then told me that apparently they had made a mistake and couldn’t carry the work out that Gary told us would be carried out! We then had to wait over 2 weeks to get our money back so this was over 2 months they sat with almost £5500 of our money with no intention of carrying out the work.
Avoid this company like the plague it will just cause you to be financially out of pocket and you’ll end up with nothing but stress and no conservatory for your troubles!
We went with DX because the sales guy was a local guy! Big mistake for us! But we will make sure that everyone local to us doesn’t make the same mistake!

Fantastic experience from start to finish , just had 6 windows installed by DX no hard selling by Darcy who was very helpful in choosing what style of widows at a great price ,also office staff keeping us informed of the process of the installation , can I also thank Ross and his team for a brilliant job of fitting the windows, I would highly recommend your company to anyone . This has been a nightmare - from the awful fitting to the snagging work. Still have issues with a fine grit - sand appearing on all my sills and 2 of them have the cavity wall insulation appearing. Sills still damaged from fit out - and now they have decided it’s my error it’s all like this . I was given money off for the damage they caused - and now seem to think they have done enough. Damage I got money off for was scratched walls , sills and wardrobe - not the actual seals or whatever is going on now . They stopped replying and said they have fixed it to their satisfaction.

Just had 7windows and a door fitted by DX, no hard sell from Garry Higgins the salesman, quick ,informative and very helpful, Jim and Liam the fitters were fast efficient and friendly. Leaving a first class job and no mess absolutely brilliant,would Definitely use DX home improvements again and highly recommend them ! Thanks guys

From.when Raymond came to house to the communication from both kayla and claire to the fitters thomas and gerry windows and door fitted to high standard the fitters were very pleasant very efficient and not one bit of mess was left thank you to everyone for such an excellent service

I did not know what to expect - Workmen in the house? I need not have worried. Barry and Ross hit the road running. Smooth operators to a very high standard and in no time they were finished. I shopped around for months as I was replacing 14 windows, and eventually settled on DX Home Improvements due to the overwhelming positive reviews and the no pressure Sales after Gary visited my house. I have to say, the hours of research proved worthwhile. What an end result, I am over the moon with the overall finish. These guys are the best at what they do. Everything from giving us the quote without any pressure to installing and after care. Top class service couldn’t recommend them enough.

From initial contact with Garry, from sales, Richard the surveyor, Claire, installations and Jim, the fitter, everything was 1st class and professional. All contact with company personnel was customer focused.
The windows are a quality product and the finish which Jim left was excellent.
I had several quotes and DX Home Improvements was very competitive and I would recommend them that you could place an order with confidence and that you would get value for money.

I can’t fault DX Home Improvements at all. The whole experience was a breeze!
After the final measure, and 10 days later, my new windows were being installed.
The end result being: I’m throughly impressed with the windows, and not forgetting the more than reasonable price!!!
Every one I dealt with, was friendly, helpful, and throughly professional.
