Purchased NEW Afghan Kazan 10L received…

Purchased NEW Afghan Kazan 10L received today 05-sept-24 at 10:14am .
within 30min I opened package .
upon checking I found 3 issues
1) item in BROKEN , it leaks , has micro crack - made video and photos , sent to seller as proof
2) in fact pan has capability of 9 lites of water - send images of the same to seller

3) was paid NEW , but received USED , food derbs and cleaning with
abrazive material , sandpaper used to clean inside - with food burned
black derbs . images was sent to seller
this all was discovered witnin one hour and send
complain to seller . Seller refused in bad manner to accept return
states - how do I know its my ( buyers fault ) ? even with sent
within 1h or so photo images and videos as proof .
I opened case against seller . DO NOT RECOMMEND
