Avoid at all costs!
Dynamis are a shocking bad company to deal with. I am amazed Solar London have given them as recommended installers.
I paid the full deposit in June with installation due to take place in July.
No communication whatsoever.
Installation then cancelled several times due to lack of optimisers and each time I ring them to find out this information!
Gets worse. They are now holding onto my deposit having sent me a letter apologising for the lack of communication and a speedy refund!
Avoid at all cost!

This company is a huge disappointment
This company is a huge disappointment. I paid a deposit of over £2000 and the panels were due to be installed on 3 August. There was a delay while waiting for an optimiser from China which was due to arrive on 28 August. Since then there has been no information despite text and email requests and I am still waiting for an installation date.

Shocking Company - Avoid
Avoid at all costs. Went with them via council Solar Together scheme. Said it would take 1 day to install, took 10 days, caused a roof leak, refused to take ownership, had to go via mediation with HIES who where equally useless. Terrible communication.

I feel Dynamis is a fake company
I feel Dynamis is a fake company. I tried to call them many times which went unanswered also, emails. Up to survey and further quote received on time but they failed to call me on the appointed time to finalise hence I have not paid the 25% deposit but paid £250 for the entry deposit which should be refundable. I have not heard from anyone from Dynamis so far since 19th September 2022 which was my finsliding date. Stay away from this company.

Would have appreciated a little more communication
Planning and quote all went smoothly. Scaffolding went up a week before, then the original date was postponed (without warning until the day) because of a supply issue. The installation went ahead a week later, fitters were prompt and professional, finished by early afternoon. Then had to wait another 6 days for the bird blocker to be fitted, then another week after that until the scaffolding was removed. All seems to be working fine. Would have appreciated a little more communication about the delays and expected dates.

It’s a big decision to install a PV system, but one I have not regretted.
It’s a big decision to install a PV system, but one I have not regretted. My 15-panel system has been running for 2 months without hitch. The batteries easily support the household demand from dusk to dawn. The Solis inverter manages the system impressively, zapping a wealth of data every 5 minutes to the cloud allowing real time or historical data can be viewed either by mobile App or PC.
There were several technical issues during installation, and it took a couple of visits by Dynamis to sort things out. Nonetheless, contacting them was straightforward. They were proactive and kept me informed at all stages. I have been supplied will all the paperwork and my electricity supplier have confirmed the SEG application is being procced. The system looks to be well fitted.
I would have given 5-star rating, but I was never shown around the installation, nor did they supply any user manuals. This was particularly so for the inverter Wi-Fi dongle (yep, it has its own user manual) which contains critical information for successful loading of the Solis Cloud app. There are other subtleties regarding the batteries and inverter that the owner should know about.
Nonetheless, a thank you to the Dynamis team; I’m pleased with the quality of the components and installation.

A company that has expended to fast
The end result - solar panels installed and seem high quality. Netting to stop birds, app working well. HOWEVER, Dynamis have expanded rapidly so subcontract everything. To actually talk to a Dynamis person seems impossible.
Their process and project mgt is murky and non existant. I have solar panels because I project managed it, from getting a quote, to getting a survey, getting design, signing quote, getting installation date, putting scaffolding up, getting it working, and then getting scaffolding down, documents, and working out how to get panels registered with British Gas. People turned up randomly.
All the receptionists, scaffolders, electricians, roofers, netters were great. But they are all sub contractors. The wrong parts get delivered to site by other sub contractors. Things happen, bit it feels by chance rather than intent. Receptionists don't work for Dynamis and take messages, so be polite to them as its not their fault.
I am sure Dynamis know this. But they need to get recruiting fast.
Things I wish I had known and been offered - an Optimiser so I could have had 2 more panels that would have worked in shaded areas and not affected the other panels. Tracking panels in a flat roof to move with sun? All options installers told me exist, but not offered.
Look, it does all work, but I put in the miles. The one thing Dynamis staff are very efficient at is asking for payment! You get to talk to them directly on that many times :)

Job well done
After initial contact with the Solar Together scheme in March 2022 I was given a very clear, helpful guide to the overall process. I signed my contract with Dynamis in May and in a matter of days, I had a visit to do the design and was given a date for installation for the turn of the month.
The installers turned up on time and took one day to complete the installation. The team worked excellently together and kept me informed of the stages of the work during the day. They were very respectful of me and my home and involved me and consulted me over options. Afterwards they explained the system to me and answered my questions. They left the place spotless. The whole thing had seemed quite daunting to me, but it went very smoothly.
Unfortunately, the scaffolding had to go up beforehand and it took another 4 weeks before it came down. There was a lot of paperwork to read, and it was all done by email. Although used to computer work, I found I was sometimes out of my PC skills comfort range but managed to sort it out with support from the company which was always there.
I am very pleased with the quality of the work and am enjoying the immediate benefits of my investment. I am impressed by the commitment and quality of the work by Dynamis, who I know are there in the background should I need their support in the future. A job well done!

Solar panel and batteries installation
The planning and installation of my solar panel and battery installation by Dynamis all went to plan, including where subcontractors were used e.g. scaffolding and bird-netting.
The only delay was waiting for the power company to approve the design of the installation as the generating capacity exceeded 3.8kWh.
Whilst the original wi fi dongle did need to be replaced (and which used a different app), I was able to communicate directly with the MD and get it sorted out and working fine.
To date the system has meant that i have used negligible electricity from the grid, and i am able to monitor it in real time via the app.
Furthermore, with the imminent increase in the energy price cap, together with future projected price increases, i am sure that the financial pay-back time will be reduced significantly.
All in all i am very pleased with the system that has been installed.

Installation of solar panels
Dynamis installed my solar panels which are up and working correctly. Very pleased with the end result but it took a bit of extra time to get there. Unfortunately they have been let down by suppliers so installation was moved 3 times before work began. This was frustrating but credit to the top team, Louise and Mark, they gave me their personal work mobile numbers so I could get updates and obtain information such as DNO letters and they answered my queries. Shame they have been let down by suppliers but at the end of the day very assuring to be able to get in touch with the team and they did sort out all the certificates, warranties and dealings with my electricity supplier so I could export and sell back excess electricity. The electricians installing the equipment were excellent. Very thorough and knowledgeable and did a very tidy job. They loaded the app onto my phone too and explained how to use it. So during this time when delivery of supplies are challenging, if you can stand the delays you will at the end of the day get a top product installed by qualified engineers and a mobile line to the top team to get assistance. Thank you Louise and Mark for always getting back and answering my calls. I have given 4 stars only because of the delays.

Clueless so far
I joined the solar together scheme and Dynamis Associates is the chosen installer. Dynamis sent me a design document after a lengthy physical survey. In the design document:
1) The roof plan is completely off leading to suboptimal system proposal
2) the marketing brochure stipulates up to £950 per year savings with a 3.4kWp installation. The design I was provided with is for a 2.34kWp system (South facing). I am now told that i will save a whopping £95 in year 1 for a £8,300 investment ...
3) Dynamis financial projections forecast that 26 years from now, I will be paying c. £30,000 a year for electricity. The model assumes an exponential 14% yearly increase leading to a £1m yearly bill in year 53 and £10m yearly bill in year 71. I better tell my children ...
I have been trying to get some explanation from Dynamis for a week with no avail.
I will post an update when I have had a chance to talk to the technical team ...
UPDATE
Dynamis did send me a slightly revised doc with a more realistic savings figure but still no explanation about the 14% yearly electricity price increase and no revision of the physical design ... I have tried to call several times but was never able to talk to anyone in the design team and they never bothered calling me back despite assuring me they would on numerous occasions ... I have now escalated the matter to Ofgem HIES and solartogether. Let's see what comes out of it. Personally, I will stay clear from that company!
FINAL UPDATE
I have now withdrawn from the scheme and looking for an alternative provider. Dynamis did pay back the £150 registration timely and without any issues.

Avoid them
Avoid them, they fail to do the work as promised and their communication is beyond awful. They have been awful from day one and we are shocked that they were the chosen supplier for solartogether London who must take some responsibility. They have been stringing us along for months with regards our solar install. They shouldn't be allowed to operate. Do not use them, even thinking about using them is giving them too much time

Time wasters. Avoid
I spent 3 months, post ASHP survey working up a quote, design and DRHI agreement. As soon as contracts were signed, all contact fell silent.
Despite earlier promises of a quick install, I didn’t hear a word for a further 3 months. You never get to speak to anyone by calling and messages are rarely returned. When I do finally receive a phone call, its only to suddenly be told that Dynamis cannot facilitate an install in the West Midlands.
I’m a fairly patient man but to learn this in same month the DRHI deadline expires, leaving me with no time to arrange an alternative is nothing short of scandalous. It’s ultimately left me out of pocket due to the inferior new government incentive which is set to replace the claim I had accepted.
Do yourself a favour. save yourself the bother and avoid these charlatans.

We were very pleased with the workmanship with the installation of the heating system and the help we received from the staff with all the questions we asked. What a difference this heating system has made to the warmth of our house, I would recommend this company.

Most probably a scam
Most probably a scam
When you phone through you get answered within a few rings by a consistently different person (but always a PA). Which is probably an outsourced PA system. Over the course of three days I tried to get a call back from sales with "sorry there is o one available, or no one in the office right now" from the PA's. I just don't think its a genuine company, however, I would delete this review if i ever got anything back from the company, but i have a feeling i won't. Also they have a picture of George Clarke on their website calling him an affiliated partner but with no information about their relationship and just an image of him, with no name. Suspicious. Sadly i just wanted to give them some money, but i'm now glad "no one was available"
