Please find your credit memo in your emails, the refund was processed on July, 3rd and left our account on this date. It was refunded to your credit card and should really be with you at this stage, however sometimes credit card companies hold on to refunds for slightly longer than necessary. Submitting a claim with your credit card company should do the job and encourage them to release the money back to your card asap.
I understand how frustrated you must be and I’m very sorry for the delay, but unfortunately there is very little we can do to influence your credit card supplier.

If you got a message that we processed your refund, that should be the case. Please be aware that we have to refund your money the same way you paid initially (this is an anti-money laundering regulation, that all online retailers have to adhere to). So if you paid via Paypal, this is where you will find your refund, if you used AmazonPay, please check there.
