No confirmation of booking and no response
I didnt get a confirmation of my booking, but an amount has already been debited from my credit card. My emails are not being responded to. I doubt whether my booking went well.

Stay away from these scammers!
I have booked an accommodation with the free cancellation option and decided to cancel my booking a few days later (but still in the eligible period) since I have found another alternative.
They took almost 2 months to issue a refund and on top of that, they only refunded me a part of the value.
The whole refund process is super disorganized and I have to reach out to the customer support team several times to get an status on my refund.
Terrible experience!

My first review was one star , as contacting them is an absolute nightmare.They do not seem to actually read emails and so hideous if you have a problem .On about the third day of trying i finally got through on the phone ,Spoke to MARION who was fantastic and sorted me out very quickly.Full marks but guys you need to sort out the communication side of your business as it is appalling. I have booked apartman in Croatia, payment was provide. Then we received the email regarding the cancellation. Why? No reason. Now there is no response from the company for my mesages. I have no money and no information regarding the apartman.
I am really disgusted of this reaction.
