I placed a order and yet I didn't not get what I ordered, when I contacted them they completely ignored me, so please do not give this company your money as when they make mistakes they just ignore you,

Have not received my order from 2 weeks ago!!

The product is great,on draw back is that the bottle is transparent and not a dark colour.

Order not received despite being express next working day delivery, customer service non existent, no response via email, chat on website or Facebook. Ordered on 3rd of February it's now the 8th and the courier haven't even yet received the order. I placed the order online rather than going to my local shop as I was unwell and couldn't leave the house. I've since had to purchase more liquids. Would have been cheaper paying £4.50 for the bus and getting my order from the shop as prices are also more expensive online. Really disappointed as been using my local e-vapes store for years. Turns out Manchester doesn't hold a patch on Dunfermline. Won't be ordering online again.

This is the only evape store i trust . They have never let me down and are so honest regarding what stock they have in/ whats due in and then keeping me updated in real time when new stock I'm interested in has been delivered. I like Vip/ artisan british Gold, it does sell out super fast . I was disappointed but impressed, when they decided a much waited on delivery of this was below par , they must have lost quite a lot of money in the short term canceling all pre orders of it. Excellant standards.

Ive shopped with this company for years, started off in st helens when i was pregnant i got help from the staff to switch from ciggies to a vape and ive never looked back. i now shop in st johns and the service is great there too, staff are always willing to help knowledgeable about all of the products and so friendly!
