Email notification are great and delivery is most free and very quick. When on rare occasion there is an issue they respond to emails and very quickly sort it out.

Great vape supplier and will continue to use for years to come.

Ordered on the 22nd October and my item did not arrive. No answer on the phone and mailbox was full. No response to emails. Disgraceful. Been ordering from evapes for years but will never order again. Awful

This company is great. Their customer service is one of the best I’ve ever had when dealing with an offer that wasn’t working.
Also they’re reasonably priced and always have good deals on multi buys.

British gold fluid is the best vape since I gave up smoking. E Vapes are the best supplier off this for cost and delivery. First class all round.

I ordered vapes over 4 weeks ago. Despite being advised that my order was "on its way", nothing has been received. After subsequently contacting the company I was offered th alternative of re-sending the order, or a refund. I agreed to a reorder which was also "on its way" but never arrived. I then asked for a full refund, which I have no record of ever receiving. Be warned!

I ordered my item and the wrong thing was sent (a cheeper product of no use to me) contacted via email immediately and told my correct order would be shipped the next day. It's been nearly 2 weeks and nothing. I have sent multiple emails with no response, sat on the online chat for 30 minutes with no one coming on to talk to me. The customer service has honestly been so disappointing!!! Do not recommend
