A very easy process

The whole process from start to finish was very easy. From the online bidding to the collection of the goods. Communication was very good also giving instructions as to what to do.

Part of their T&C: “ 11.7 The Seller, their agent, or the auctioneer may bid on any lot up to the reserve price; EAMA strictly prohibits the seller, their agent or the auctioneer to bid once the item has hit reserve. “

This policy is in place to maintain the integrity and fairness of our auctions and is enforced rigorously and monotired by 3rd party regulated software used by thousands of auction houses worldwide.

The reserve price for each item is set exclusively by the seller, not by EAMA Group. Our role as an intermediary is to provide a platform for buyers and sellers to connect, and we do not influence or determine the reserve prices.

Range Rover bought for a song which deserved the golden buzzer! Very happy with my purchase and excellent service from the EAMA team.

I had a disappointing experience…

I had a disappointing experience purchasing a quad from EAMA Group. The listing described it as in good working condition with new tyres, but this was misleading. The photos were carefully taken to show only the rear tyre, which was indeed new. However, upon inspection, I found the front tyres were completely worn down, with 0mm tread.

I also rented a van to pick up the quad, but no one from EAMA Group was present when I arrived, and only the quad was there. When I tried to start it, it wouldn't work. I contacted the company requesting a refund, but instead of addressing my concerns, they responded with an unacceptable insult.

Even now, the quad is unusable—the carburetor is not original and doesn’t function properly. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company, as my experience suggests they are unreliable and their listings do not reflect the actual condition of their products."

Firstly, it’s important to clarify that EAMA Group acts solely as an intermediary between buyers and sellers. We do not own, inspect, or handle the items listed on our platform. The descriptions and photos are provided directly by the vendors, and while we encourage accurate representations, we also recommend that buyers conduct thorough inspections prior to finalising any purchase.

Any vendors found to purposely mislead customers are removed from our platform.

Regarding the collection process, we do not meet customers directly as items are collected directly from the vendor.

Our records show no communication from you to our team, so we presume any contact you made was with the vendor - All our calls are recorded and our staff would never ever consider being rude to customers.

As items sold through our platform are trade sales, they are sold as-is and without warranty, as outlined in our terms and conditions. We strive to ensure the process is as transparent as possible for both buyers and sellers, and we regret if there was any misunderstanding.

We understand that this experience was frustrating, and we appreciate your feedback, which we will use to improve the clarity of our processes.

Is it really auction house or online store?

They have all kinds of stuff. From cheap chinese bracelets to vehicles or machinery. However, all of the auctions as long as they are still in the auction model, have either high starting price set or minimums making it hard to get a real bargain.
More than that shipping price as comfirmed in the email received, are calculated in the checkout. So you never know upon placing the bid what will be the final cost of your purchase. Extremely unhelpful when calculating your net profit for a resale as shipping can add quite big sum to your final spend.
Thanks to all above, many lots are being listed over and over again and never sold. I kept watching the website for good few weeks and loads of stuff is being relisted. Some lots a couple of times.
To me it looks more like a online store with some auction features, but not a real aucion house.

Item sold twice, incomplete refund

I purchased from an online auction, made a payment by 6pm as requested. They sold the item outside the auction but didn’t refund the whole amount and are now refusing to return the money

We would like to clarify the situation regarding your transaction, as your review contains several inaccuracies.

After successfully winning an item in our auction, the 24-hour payment deadline was not met. The order was placed on 02/04/2024, but payment was only received six days later, on 09/04/2024. Our terms clearly state that payments must be made within 24 hours to secure the item and avoid late payment charges. Additionally, our vendors are contractually obligated to hold a vehicle for no longer than three days in case of payment delays.

Unfortunately, as a direct result of your late payment, the vendor—who operates independently from our auction platform—chose to sell the item elsewhere assuming that you were not intending to pay. This resulted in a loss of auction fees for us on this vehcile.

When we became aware of the situation, we immediately offered you two resolutions:

1. A full refund minus our loss of commission, incurred as a direct result of the payment delay.
2. A replacement item of comparable value.

As a goodwill gesture, we also agreed to waive the late payment charges in both resolutions.

You chose to accept the refund with the deduction for the commission loss, and we promptly processed it. This resolution was agreed upon and confirmed by you at the time, over four months ago.

As a small, family-run business, we are committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in all transactions. However, we also depend on buyers to adhere to the agreed-upon terms and timelines to ensure smooth operations for both parties. While we regret that you feel dissatisfied, we trust that our actions were reasonable and in full compliance with our terms of sale.

EAMA go above and beyond

The customer service provided by eama goes above and beyond I have had a couple issues with auctions in the past (both of which were out of eama's control) and both times the problems were resolved superbly without a second thought. Especially the last time in which I am very grateful for.

I would highly recommend EAMA group auctions to anyone they have integrity and superb customer service.

Great service as a seller on the EAMA platform

Great service from start to finish, I started selling with EAMA mid last year and the service we get is 110%, they also help handle customer service and manage shipping for customers which has saved us a lot of time to focus on listing more which is a win win for both sides, the range of items we have sold on there platform too is huge showing there is a active network of all sorts of buyers, I really recommend selling with EAMA group if you want fast turn around and stress free.
