I was lucky enough to book an appointment to see Issy for the first time at short notice. Her spotless clinic is situated in a quaint business park and is a very relaxed environment. Issy is a dedicated and highly skilled professional who explains the procedure being undertaken and her easy going approach and sense of humour put me at ease. Terrific value for money as well, I highly recommend her!

Absolutely brilliant! Managed to sort out my six year old daughter's ear in an amazingly sensitive and professional way. She is so pleased that her ear is now not blocked and her hearing is improved. Issy came highly recommended by other family members and I can totally see why.
