Scammers that will harm your animal's

They always come up with made up expenses. And they certainly don't qualify to be called low cost vet who care.
Many of my cats after their treatments had to be rushed to emergency care due to the new flea treatment they rolled out giving serious allergy.
They also have given in multiple occasions adult dose for my kittens making them being very unwell and being rushed to emergency care again. In some situations I have noticed they have given me again adult cats dose and when I asked to change this they did take back the adult cats one over 2.5kg but still asked me to pay for the new one issued on top of my expenses.
I cancelled my yearly vet health care plan after nearly 2 years I was on it and they sent me an invoice of early cancellation fee of £60. This when I cancelled it week after I made a monthly payment without having done yearly boosters and taken out for long time wormers and flea treatments for this cat and terms and conditions don't even mention this.
Their kittens vaccinations courses are advertised for £79 but once you paid for it and they are done they ask you to cover cost of £250.
When advert clearl says everything cat have received is covered with £79.
This is illegal and shameful practice they have.

Charging me for work i never authorised them to do

If i didn't have the lifetime vaccination with easipet, i wouldn't use them.

Went to a "6 month check up" where they done nothing but basically just stroke my cat.
Then a week later they called me and said due to a 'computer error' i actually needed to come for the 12 month vaccination...

I travel back to the vets for the second time and my appointment wasn't on the system despite me having the booking confirmation email, so I had to wait for the receptionist to see if a vet could see me.

I was then asked to wait in the reception area and they took my cat away from me which i found to be very strange as this has never happened at any other vets i go to.

The vet then called me in to the room about 5 minutes later and said my cat was constipated (something i already know and she is receiving treatment from my vets for) so they will not give her the vaccinations but as they 'consulted me' they are now chasing me to pay a £60 consultation fee! (My appointment was for my cat to receive her annual vaccinations only).

I was not in the room with my cat so i have no idea what they done or why they are carrying out additional chargeable work without my permission.

I sent in a complaint 2 weeks ago which has been ignored yet they are still chasing me via email and post to pay the fee.

Blatantly conned out of £25 for a pill…

Blatantly conned out of £25 for a pill for my dog. I was asked to sign a piece of paper that stated these pills where a human pill but used in vet practices, I explained I had exactly the same pill at home but was told with confirmation from the vet these where slightly different and for animals, so I signed, paid and left but whilst in the vets carpark I checked the pills make etc and sure enough they were the same as i had at home, went back in and politely asked for a refund and was told because I had left the premises (I was in there carpark) they would not refund me. I explained in front of the person who mislead me and I just got the same reply "you left the premises" rudly over and over again.
So I you are in the desperate situation of having to use Chatham easipetcare please be a little more attentive than I was.

Went recently for a consultation for our dog worried about constant locking was told problem being anal glands needed clearing the cost of the consultation just over 60 pounds was one thing but what was more outrageous was the cost of skin cream for an infection that was claimed he had charging me 47 pounds when we looked online at the same brand of cream not only was it a bigger tube but at a cost of 12 pounds 99p unbelievable I went back to the vets and queried the charge being a mistake and was told that was right the charge given just a warning to everybody don't get the medication from the vets! Your bound to get it cheaper elsewhere as we found yo our cost! Disgusting!!

Fantastic vet

We have been using this Vets for 12 years now. I have never had a problem with my appointments. The staff are always welcoming, friendly and approachable. We saw Antonio today, he is Fantastic!!! His knowledge is vast, he is thorough and easy to talk to. Nothing is too much to ask. We had two appointments for both our dogs for their routine annual vaccinations. I requested a chip check and nail trim and he did both with no problem and great ease. This vets also encourages people to self purchases items online as it's more cost effective for you. This is something that I really like about them. There is always a treat in the bowl to give to your dog afterwards which makes it feel like the right place to be.

My dog was terrified (generally is in vets) yet managed this recent visit after initially getting very anxious.
Clinician expertly managed visit and offered comforting and expert care and advice. Staff are excellent. Basic good ‘down to earth’ care at reasonable prices.
Have been several times now and this high level of animal care is consistent.

As per breed my blind/deaf Border Collie had terrible teeth, they took amazing care of her and kept me informed throughout, they really couldn't have done any better, so this ones a very well earned 5 out of 5 from me.
Prices have gone up everywhere, yes it is expensive, but worth every penny, without hesitation I would be happy to recommend this vet

Had to take my dog to Easipets in Chatham Kent today. Even though there were two emergencies and only one Vet on duty, the Receptionist Charlie kept us all informed with apologies for delay. Excellent customer service skills. All staff were friendly and efficient too.

Wrong diagnosis twice , the cat wasn’t pregnant!

We took a stray cat to Easipet to see if she was pregnant , first visit was 9/10/2023 told she was had 2-3weeks to go , we waited no kittens .Took her back on 23/11/2023 told she was DEFINITELY pregnant but the scanner was broken , she had a about a week to go still no kittens . Today (20/12/23) we took the cat to a different vets , it’s doubtful she was ever pregnant, no signs of giving birth ( the cat wasn’t allowed outside )
I’m so disgusted with Easipet , the money wasted on poor diagnosis that I’m cancelling my dogs 365 plan and moving to a different vet that I feel I can trust . I would say to anyone give them a wide berth and use a different vet practice

Easi pets Chatham is the worst vets in the south east. Was left on hold for almost an hour as there was only one member of staff working. This vets should not be operating under these circumstances. Avoid especially if you have a serious issue.

Easipets ❤️

I'm not sure why Easipets are getting bad reviews. As I qualify I stead I took my elderly cat to the PDSA. Saw a vet nurse, she couldn't get rid of us fast enough! Now on the phone to book an appointment at Easipets Chatham for a second opinion- couldn't be more helpful. It's Tuesday today and they've booked an appointment for Thursday morning. Imo the 'customer service' is great. I'm so worried about my cat, can't wait to see a vet who will listen to my concerns.

Easipet Chatham, I couldn't be happier with you ❤️

Avoid the company and Samuel Hall like the plague

I have attempted to resolve issues privately for coming close to 4 months. They are a pathetic excuse of a Vets practice, and I can say this reassuringly after experiencing positive and effective veterinary care since switch practice. Samuel Hall is a coward, a pathetic excuse of a man and is more interested in hiding than being a genuinely caring practitioner. This isn’t a post from a bitter person at all, and all of my communications with them including their internal ‘impartial’ service, is actually a closed shop to protect themselves and not actually aim to be a customer service led business at all. They do not follow their own practice guidelines when it comes to charges to their customers, communication is poor/non-existent. The communication and perception of situations are just embarrassing. Emotions aside to what has happened to my poor cat that has resulted in her eye being taken out and subsequently deteriorated and has now been put down. DO NOT GOT TO EASIPETCARE Chatham or Dartford. Under the stewardship of Samuel Hall, you may get lucky with some positive service, but I can tell you from experience of being a customer of theirs and now not, there are better Vets out there. Someone who comes from Canterbury and a family man of young children, I would expect much better.

Easipetcare Chatham

Easipetcare Chatham
Be careful of these vets, charged me more money from my card than was sent to my petcare plan.

I have to report the transaction to my bank as fraud. was charged £120 for a consultation and treatment plan, with possible x-rays to follow, and asked to get pre cover for this by vet. When I went to pay for this, I was first charged the sum for consultation and an anti-inflammatory course. I submitted it to Petplan, but only when the vet input the costs as claim, they only put in £90.00. When I received this, I contacted the branch, spent 30 minutes on the phone, they knew nothing at the front desk, saying I don't know, kept going to see a financial person who manages claims, then told me there had been an outstanding balance on the account, I don't have an account with them? I asked for an itemized bill, when I paid, I asked again a week later and now I have filled in the complaint form, plus two emails and still have not got an itemized receipt. I asked to speak to the financial person, but they refused and said going to a meeting, I asked them to contact me when they come out, but they have not bothered, a week later, I'm still waiting. Bank is now investigating and has held the whole sum I have paid back, they never mentioned anything to me about outstanding accounts sum when I paid. They never mentioned anything about ongoing pre-authorization for x-rays to my insurer either, who has had to write back to them again and has advised their claims dept has not responded to any of it. Avoid like the plague, very dodgy.

Stay away from this rubbish vet

I've been customer for 7 years but in last year customer service experience is become dreadful. I've been calling in for 8 consecutive days to get my kittens booked in for vaccinations and all I'm hearing we can't do it now because we are short of staff and I'm trying.
When I did come in clinic for vaccinations of my other cats this year I had to wait over 1 hour to be seen and another hour to get cats Flea and worming treatment. And pay.
Staff is actually very young and are complaining in too busy hours and bad working conditions appart of fact not being even able to carry forward health check.
I would definitely recommend to everyone to stay away from this clinic.
I'm definitely will consider myself to go with another vet clinic after last 2 years of very very bad customer service and quality.

We have a puppy after 50 years of…

We have a puppy after 50 years of marriage we took our first. We had all of her inoculations done by easipetcare in Chatham, based on stability we decided to take out 365 easipetcare plan. Our pup now 13 weeks old was treated for flea and tick treatment on the 24th February which came from the breeder via easipetcare.....no instructions on the box other than once a month. As her next flea treatment was due on 24th March we ordered online via the easipetcare web site 3 days prior to the 24th. We heard nothing back at all. By coincidence she was booked in on the 24th March for her Kennel Cough treatment, she was weighed etc.still nothing was said about her flea treatment. Today as I had heard nothing at all from easipetcare about the flea treatment, I emailed the branch. They now tell me that I need to take her back in to be weighed, I will need to travel 14 Miles.... Park in a very bad spot further cost JUST BECAUSE NOTHING IS SAID AND NO ACTION TAKEN BY EASIPETCARE CHATHAM. This is not a good use of my time, not a good use of the vet and no good for the environment....I am paying a monthly charge for help with managing my dogs care through 365Easipetcare.....why has this happened and who else has considered 365 Care? BE VERY CAREFUL YOU AND YOUR PET COULD BE LET DOWN!

My kitten was very ill Saturday and came about suddenly I called Saturday morning for a emergency appointment, but they turned us away saying they was to busy. The gave me no advice just to call again Monday. I called other vets but they said they are unable to do anything due to my kitten not being registered with them. It is illegal to turn away a animal if they are registered at your vets, especially in a emergency. Due to them not seeing my kitten he died later on that day in pain.

DO NOT USE THE CHATHAM BRANCH

DO NOT USE THE CHATHAM BRANCH
4 weeks ago I took my dogs for annual boosters, but one dog has developed a heart murmur and it was recommended that tablets would help. Like any good owner I said yes to the vet (no mention of the cost), I went outside and paid an eye watering £93 for one months' worth of tablets only to find them not in stock. On the way home I googled the tablets to find I could order them on-line for £13 (yes £13 pound not £93 for like for like tablets). As usual you can't speak to anyone, so i drove back to ask for a refund to be told to email the practice which I've done more than once. To date I have no tablets, no prescription or returned £93. Small claims court here I come!

Appalling service from Chatham branch

Appalling service from Chatham branch. I received a text reminding me that my dog’s vaccination due. My dog died however over a year ago! They were made aware of this. My other dog was also due vaccination. I tried to book online but no appointment slots available! I tried ringing three times. Twice left on hold for over ten minutes and third time was cut off.
Have been with branch for six years and service was very good but this past year has been a nightmare.
My dog who died had liver cancer. Easipetcare we’re unable to get a scan for him and left outstanding for three months. Two appointments made but both cancelled as specialist not available. I had to go to emergency vet who arranged scan straight away and identified problem. I will always wonder whether the three months delay made condition untreatable.
