Please See Google for my review. they applied several times to have my review to be removed from trust pilot as it was an elderly family members experience and not my own. This company is a disgrace

We had our whole roof cleaned and recoated, we were advised from the beginning that the clean would be messy and we were given plenty of notice when the job would begin. The cleaning process also included the gutters and facias and when the roof was completed the company made sure all walls and windows and paths were cleaned, not just swept but really properly cleaned. The coating took longer but due to the weather that couldn't be helped. We did feel that the communication was not as good as it could have been regarding updates of when the final stage would happen. We are over the moon with the finished result and would gladly recommend this company to anyone. We would have given a 4 and a half star rating had it been available.

This company frequently rings me on the telephone even though I tell them to stop ringing me and that this is now feeling like harassment. After many times of telling them I am not interested and do not call me again, they keep calling me. Eventually I got so fed up of it that the next time they rang I told them if you ring me one more time that I will be writing a negative review. The guy on the phone said that I have now been removed from his list which is a blatant lie as they rang me again on this number 07961 647638 and its a woman now talking to me with the same old rubbish. I am getting really fed up of them. Do they not understand that no means no and that they are wasting my time and getting me angry. If I hear from them again I will be ringing the police and I will be pressing charges, this is unacceptable behaviour

My old conservatory roof was cracked and needed replacing so had a look at East Coast Exteriors for a tiled replacement.
I read all the reviews and was a bit undecided.
Went to see an sample of their work ( not provided by E.C.E ).
Cold called. I explained the situation and the owner let me look at the finished product. I was very impressed by what I saw and heard.
Decided to go ahead and was glad that I did.
A start date was decided and the parts arrived.
The next day the team arrived and got to work straight away.
And what a team they are.
Very polite and friendly and only stopped when we provided hot and cold drinks.
Worked solidly from 08:30 until 18:30 in the evening.
When they left the place was spotless. They even cleared all the bits from my lawn.
My conservatory now looks like a part of the house and not an add on. The new tiled roof looks great, both inside and out. Certainly cuts down most of the external noise and all of the glare from the sun.
I highly recommend this company and its products.

From the salesman to completion the whole experience was excellent.The roof renovation looks fantastic,done by a hard working,experienced& efficient work force.They were polite,respectful & diligent,ensuring the property was thoroughly cleaned outside as each stage was completed.I would certainly recommend this company for cleaning & restoring a roof to a pristine state,having done some repairs along the way.

I have just had my forecourt cleaned by East Coast Exteriors and they have done an excellent job. The two men who did the work were very pleasant and had to wait an hour for it to dry from the rain so they could put the sand down.
I would thoroughly recommend them

We had some work done by this rogue company, we had our roof cleaned and coated, the sales man said that they would replace any broken tiles which after checking they didn't. We had our roof cleaned years ago by Clean and coat in fakenham and when we told the sales man from east coast exteriors about it he's said that he had never heard of that company. After recently checking clean and coat ltd and east coast exteriors ltd are actually the same company. So I am extremely unhappy that I was lied to. Never have any work done by either company unless you want to be lied to!! TOTAL FRAUDSTERS

Our driveway was a mossy mess. We were thinking of replacing it, but the guys jet washed it, sealed it, and now it looks sparkly! Saved us a fortune. Thank you!

Had some brick work cleaned, pointed and sealed and the work was carried out in a timely and professional manner. A great job for the price I would use again for future jobs.

Very impressed with my wall coating bad weather slowed things down but the staff were very patient and dod a good job

Decided to treat my mother as she is getting older and less mobile! I originally booked then in to clear, clean and treat the driveway, this soon lead to a treatment for the roof, it certainly was money well spent as it has transformed the look of her bungalow, she is absolutely over the moon especially with the politeness and workmanship of their team! I have now been informed that she would like Astro turf on the front garden 😂😂 looks like you have another job?

Must be getting desperate. Twice they have now called me saying I spoke to them before covid lock down. No idea who they are or how they have all my information. Reading other reviews I think I'm not the only one

This company is disgusting. They cold called my elderly neighbour who agreed to have their driveway cleaned and resealed.
They charged around 4 times what most other companies would charge, and then rushed the work through before the cooling off period was over - presumably before my neighbour could check the price.
The actual work it self was awful, looked like they had done nothing but sweep the drive. When trying to complain about the quality of the work , they very often don't answer the phone or emails. When they were finally contacted their attitude was often condescending, on one occasion even aggressive. Their idea of rectifying the problem was coming out and spraying a bit of weed killer around.
Look at the reviews from their previous company 'Clean & Coat Ltd' - targeting elderly people is not a one off !!!

Very friendly people and quick service. Would highly recommend.
