Just started on our roof renovation. All moss removed mark & Drew worked very hard at cleaning up after themselves. All plant pots were moved away from bungalow so not to damage them or get moss on them and when finished were put back in place. Guttering & windows were all cleaned when job was finished. Looking forward to the next part of the stage of the job.

Do not use this company unless you want hassle , lies, begging for more money. They still have not completed the job after 27 months. They took a deposit with a start date of about 6 weeks. We didn’t see them for 6 months. I asked for my deposit back and they started about 4 weeks later. Poor workmanship. Multiple rework. So the job over ran. They kept asking me for more money. I made the mistake of paying the balance before the job was complete. Because they were desperate for funds. They promised to return the following week with the correct ladders and never returned. They dropped off the parts and ran. The job has remained unfinished for 27 months. Don’t answer phones. Obviously can block you at their end. Do not pay a deposit. Do not pay until job completely finished. Use another company. That’s my honest personal recommendation .

I recently had a new interior roof ln my conservatory. Very pleased with the result. It was completed within two days. The two workmen who did it for me were very pleasant and polite. I was so pleased with the result. They made the area clean afterwards very happy about that. I would certainly recommend East c0ast exteriors to anyone wanting a job done to their satisfaction. After meeting Mark on my neighbour's site, the company started work within a few days.
The roof was mended with care and attention to detail. Photos were taken at every step so I was able to see what was being done, since I couldn't go on the roof to check.
The Manager came regularly to check the work and see that all was good, so, good communication.
Mark who did the work did an excellent job. He is professional, polite and hardworking, sometimes tidying up parts that were not included in the estimate.
The company are very lucky to have Mark on board.
Will definitely use again especially if Mark is around.

I had my garage roof replaced and a drain line put in the front of my garage to deal with a flooding issue. Mark and his work colleague were very helpful and I was very satisfied with the work they did.

Everyone I met connected with this company was impressive from Marc who knocked on the door to give me a leaflet to Steven the sales person who came out to look at our really really bad moss covered roof and give us a quote to have the job done .This entailed jet washing the roof and applying an anti moss treatment and carry out repairs including any damaged tiles . Once the roof had dried out Drew and his team ( I definitely was more impressed with them than anyone ) returned to spray paint the roof tiles and WOW what a difference . It actually looked like we had a new roof
plus we've got a 10 year written guarantee for the work . The first day the guys came to jet wash the roof we went out as our dog doesn't like a lot of noise. When we came back they were about to start the big clean up. OMG ...the mess.!! by the time they'd finished the clean up (including cleaning the windows ) which took at least 2 hours you wouldn't have know there'd even been a mess . As you can probably tell by now I was super impressed with this company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them . I haven't mentioned boss man Daniel who checked all the way through the process that we were happy with everything. !! All the way through the process everyone acted in professional and considerate manner . I was particularly grateful to Drew and Mark for their advice on which colour to have and they were quite right ..the red brown looks amazing . I thank the entire team who were impressive from start to finish .

They sorted out my very mossy roof. Pressure washed it and sprayed it with biocide - all without the need of scaffolding.
Came back the next day to wash the house down and generally clean up - including raking the moss of the lawns!. Returned a few weeks later to replace a few broken tiles then sprayed sealant on it.
The 50year old roof now looks like new.and we are delighted with everything.

I had been sitting on the intention to have the exterior of my house done for a while. There were some cracks in the mortar at the front which they fixed and then painted both front and back in a colour of my choice. It was reassuring to get it fixed and I am amazed at how it looks. It has given me such an uplift! On chatting with Steven, I also decided to get the roof cleaned. I had no idea those roof tiles were those classic red Norfolk tiles. (Julian of Norwich mentions them in her book). There was so many years of dirt, moss and grime on them that they looked grey. I love the gleaming transformation that has been made. And an unexpected bonus is that when they cleaned up the front, the paving slabs also came up power washed clean. I smile every time I come home. Well worth it.

Mark, John and Drew were realy great workman and very good at there jobs and cleaned up afteer them selves and they did a wonderful job on our roof insurlation and we thank them very much

Living in a bungalow I intended to clean my roof myself but thankfully booked East Coast Exteriors to do the jobso leaving it to the experts. I was impressed by the work carried out and the efficency of the operators. Could not believe the amount of moss removed. The work included replacing any broken tiles and improving concrete where needed.
Treatment and painting of the tiles has made the roof seem completely new.
Very pleased with East Coast Exteriors work and cleanliness of the area on completion.

We live in a detached chalet Bungalow, whose roof was covered in Moss. It took 2days to pressure clean, the resultant mess was completely cleaned up and taken away to their depot. Some time later the roof was painted and sealed. The finished roof now looks very impressive.

Could not fault the workmanship and the attention to detail given. It was daunting seeing all the mess created by the roof being initially cleaned but it was all cleared up and Dee the workman would not finish until I was completely happy. The final coating unfortunately took a little while to happen due to weather but that is to be expected. Overall we are very happy.

We agreed to have our roof coated because our neighbours were pleased with the work done by East Coast Exteriors Ltd. Our roof looked 'tired' next to their newly coated roof and we are semi-detached so it stood out. The price was very reasonable so we agreed to go ahead. The workman who carried out the work was extremely polite and did a very professional job. The salesman kept in touch throughout to make sure we were pleased with the work. We also paid in stages and only completed when we were happy with the work. We would definitely recommend this company and would use them if we needed any work in the future.

We had an entrance lobby upgraded by East Coast Exteriors and we are very happy with the standard of workmanship.
We have felt the difference in temperature now the work is complete.

Had the exterior walls on my bungalow repaired and recoated.
Day 1 the walls were all cleaned and all the repointing repairs were done on the walls.
Day 2 all the walls were coated with Properla coating.
The guys did a superb job, were really friendly and asked me at each step if I was happy with the work.
My bungalow is truly transformed

Having read some of these reviews I nearly changed my mind. I'm so glad we didn't, The guys turned up when expected cleaned our 40 years old bungalow roof then come back 3 weeks later and coated it Blue/black. It looks like a new roof. We would definitely recommend East Coast Exteriors for a 5 star 🌟 service

Very happy with the work I have had carried out by East Coast Exteriors.
They were fast, efficient, polite and tidy.
Our roof looks brand new and is the talk of our village. Honestly can’t thank everyone enough. If we have any more jobs arise in the future then they will be our “go to”. Would highly recommend.

Sick of this company. If they get hold of your number, they never leave you alone. Have blocked them, yet it appears they have many mobile numbers so just call you from a different one. They start by lieing and saying you spoke to them during covid and said you were interested in their services (this never happened). You tell them you aren't interested and they promise to remove your number from their calling list. But again this doesn't happen.

I continue to get cold calls from them. The work they do maybe amazing, (though looking at the reviews I'm not so sure) but who's going to trust a company that tries to gain work by lieing, pushing and cold calling? My concern is that an elderly or vulnerable person will get railroaded into using them because of these tactics.
I would avoid!

We had the our roof cleaned and coated. This included having our chimney removed and new replacement ridge tiles, the TV aerial moved, damaged roof tiles were replaced, and two layers of a protective coating. There was a great choice of different colours for the final coat, with good examples to look through. The workers were polite and focused. They let us know what they were doing and cleared up after themselves well. The sales person was clear about the pricing and allowed us to arrange a schedule for the work and payment that suited us. We were also given a certificate for the 10yr warrenty on the coating.
