Brilliant very…
From start to finish they were very polite new what they were talking about Danial was first point of contact arrived on time told us what they could do about a new roof how much it would cost very reasonable price. That was on the 8th March. Then Mark came round on the 9th to measure up on Saturday 11th Mark was back at 11 am put new roof on left at 4 pm all complete and what a brilliant job they did would recommend to anyone first class job

A lovely roof and happy pensioners
We had our roof cleaned and treated.The two chaps arrived as promised to deal with the treatment only for the heavens to open and they advised us it really wasn't to carry the work in the rain.They did however replace cracked tiles in the rain
They promised to be back as soon as the weather improved and true to there word they arrived early the next morning and got straight to work. They were really pleasant and informed us of what they were doingWhen they had finished they cleared up everything. We feel really happy with all the works carried out from the salesman,the workmen, Mark and the office staff. Just a shame their bank card machine didn't work and we had to pay by bank transfer. A huge thank you.

Roof Renovated
Roof was renovated looks like new,really pleased with the results had dark brown finish. The two chaps arrived on time, cleaned as they went along were polite, and did a great job . Would recommend East Coast Exteriors happily to anyone.

Had the roof cleaned and treated
Had the roof cleaned and treated. The two men that did the work were very hard working, cleaned up after themselves, were informative and polite.
Would recommend.
We did also get regular telephone calls from the support staff, regarding when things would be done and checking we were happy.
The only negative was that the card machine didn’t work (internet in Norfolk!!) so we had to do a bank transfer.
