I will thoroughly recommend East Coast Mobilty for servicing my dads stair lift. They were called , and they came promptly and fixed the problem and Serviced it. A lovely man called David was kind and friendly, he was professional and explained everything really well. My dad is 91 and deaf, and David was brilliant with him.

While my Mum was very poorly her stair lift stopped working and got stuck in a doorway causing even more problems. After calling East Coast Mobility they not only came out to fix it the following day but they also told me how to move the seat further up the rail so we could get round it until they came 😁

While shopping in the the town today, I came across a lady who was on a scooter that had broken down. As she had nobody I could ring for her, in desperation I rang our local East Coast Mobility to see if they could offer any advice. No problem, the guy said, I'll be there shortly. When I finished my shopping and passed by again, an engineer was with her. Not only was he there within 15 minutes, he was unloading from his van another scooter so the lady could get home. As writer with a regular grumblers corner column, it was so refreshing to see a shining knight in action for a change. Top marks ECM. Dan Keeble

Ongoing problems since November 22. My own mobility scooter id thought wasnt working, I had never used it before and it was brand new but bought elsewhere. I called for assistance to see what may be wrong and this company came to look. I discovered nothing was wrong, Just didnt know how simply it operated. But then was tols in their opinion it was very unsuitable for me and they could find something more suited to me... there beginning nothing but trouble til now and yet unresolved. Intimidating is not helpful nor is threatening. Obviously dont care in truth and mainly concerned with sales and profits. As now said to them, indeed yes I will see them in court. No other way forward than their option of taking back the scooter they recommended but no return of my new one as they sold it straightaway, before id completed purchasing their one, that they insisted I ought to have. And of course at further loss of monies paid at the time and the suffering caused by my mistake of believing them, and not making further payments to them due to not being happy at all with this so now being harrassed and threatened. Nice one east coast mobility. Before you say i failed to co operate, why did Grant ignore me ever since. Sending others to intimidate instead? And lying regarding any receipts etc. As he did not give me any. Neither did he give me choices or any instructions on this ex demonstrater scooter they claim is foldable even , but it is not. Who is telling the truth?

I hired a scooter for 7 days £60 they delivered it to the new beach hotel ( Alfa travel coach holiday) in great Yarmouth before we got there and picked up after we left the scooter was in tip top condition and at a very good price thanks again from Ian for your 5 star service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Talking to kerry they took great care at A cost and did all they could to help me scooter works better now ive got through to them the exact problem with the tiller canopy im not to happy with as its a pain when crossing the road at the traffic lights needs completely opened to press the button on the crossing. Seen better designed ones. But they did their best to help

I lost the only key for a mobility scooter I was selling. My call was received by a friendly voice and when I explained I couldn't remember what it looked like, but gave the model number she went to explore what they had. It was one of 2 they had in stock. I needed it quickly and I received it the next day. If it wasn't the right one, I could return it free of charge. Very friendly, efficient and willing to help.

Mother had snagged some fabric in her chairlift this morning and East Coast Mobility sent a person round to fix this in 20 minutes!
