This company offers excellent motorhomes at great prices, and their staff is both amiable and supportive. We have rented from them twice and would gladly return in the future.

Friendly, helpful firm. Good Motorhomes and prices good. Second time we have hired from them and would do so again.

ECM was very easy to deal with and accommodating. The van was great, immaculate and fully kitted out. We will definitely use ECM again for our next campervan hire.

We are very disappointed with the motorhome and even more disappointed with the company. Firstly when you book a motorhome you put down an £800 deposit on top of your hire fee. It has taken 7 days to get this back. That’s not on as the van was returned immaculate . When we arrived at our destination I switched the interior lights on and the battery went flat in 5 minutes. At that point we had no hook up so it was a real problem .I messaged the office and was told only the boss could help so he would phone me. He did and said what’s up as I’m in a restaurant in Spain on holiday. I explained and he said he would send someone over with a battery the next day. We had 28 hours with no power unless we ran the engine on the van, much to the annoyance of everyone around us. Fortunately someone didnt arrive the next day and we were offered there hook up. The battery arrived and didn’t fit so it was a blessing that we were able to get the hook up. After 2 days the door handle on the outside of the motor home broke. We had to get in through the cab and open the door from the inside every time. All very inconvenient. So when I returned the motor home I was told the boss would contact me so I presumed he was still in Spain. He didn’t so I text him. I asked for compensation and he basically wasn’t bothered, he said these things happen. They do but apologies and compensation should happen if they do. And the company should have some sort of nationwide motor home repair service in place. The RAC breakdown doesn’t cover the living space. Just a good thing we weren’t in Scotland.
I didn’t say I would give a bad review unless you compensated me. I actually said “ I will wait for your response before reviewing my experience “ look back through your messages. Also don’t quote a passage from the Bible when you have clearly lied.

East Coast Motorhomes are great to deal with.
They’re a family run business, with various family members involved day-to-day which makes all the difference to customer service, transparency and being on it.
They were also flexible on an early pick up for a small extra charge.
We unfortunately damaged the motorhome during our hire (accidents do happen) and they couldn’t have been more decent and relaxed about it.
They also didn’t automatically keep the security deposit and worked hard to find a solution/fix which returned nearly half of our deposit back to us rather than keeping the difference.
This sort of honesty and straightforward transparency is rare these days so I can’t thank these guys enough.
It was hugely appreciated.
Regarding the Motorhome experience, just brilliant. New Motorhome, in great condition, very clean and presented very well, everything you need for a week or weekend away and an excellent handover and operation briefing.

This is the second year we have taken one of East Coast Motorhomes, again the whole experience of picking up and dropping off the vehicle was easy and straight forward, with the help of Bronny. The Motorhome was clean and in good condition which made our two week trip to Scotland more enjoyable.
10/10 from us and would highly recommend East Coast Motorhomes to anyone

We collected the Motorhome from King's Lynn on the 21st May and sett off on our travels through France touching the Geneva border through the Alps then down to Mont Clar before the return via the Atlantic coast Le Man etc. The Motorhome was both comfortable easy to drive easy to set up and all instructions prior to travel easy to follow allowing us a stress free 3 week holiday knowing we had support the whole way if necessary! I would recommend East Coast Motorhomes to anyone (and we have been!) for an easy to use stress free professional hire! you won't be disappointed.

Bronny and Jon were amazing to deal with and so helpful. They could do enough to help.

We have hired from East Coast Motorhomes twice now. They arnt our closest and we have to travel a decent time to get to them. But it’s worth it, from the very first enquiry to the end of the holiday it was a smooth and clear communication, being a novice everything was explained in simple user friendly terms. The prices quoted are all inclusive meaning no surprise costs etc. the handover with the lovely people at East Coast is simple and quick. They see it all from a consumer point of view and this is very refreshing. The Motorhomes themselves are fantastic, we have had two different ones and both have been amazing and easy to use and drive. We are in the process of booking for next year. Top top company. Have perosnally recommended to friends and family so hope this review counts as a recommendation too

We had a lovely time in the motorhome we had. The pick up was very easy and the van was very clean and ready for use. Although we had bad weather it didn't matter we had a relaxing time. The temperature got lower but I managed be able to step the heating up with no problem. If you were looking to rent a motor home I would definitely recommend this company. Many thanks to Bron for all her patience and her very friendly manner.

I booked with East Coast motorhomes having read reviews for several hire companies and wasn't disappointed. They were really helpful when I need to change our hire date. The motorhome was in very nice condition and fully cleaned on collection. It also included everything we needed within the price without any hidden extras - including bedding, towels, table, chairs etc. The introduction to the features was very comprehensive. Overall a great motorhome and customer service. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

EastCoastMotorhomes.co.uk was a very professional company to deal with when booking my family's holiday. The motorhome is of the highest quality and is extremely clean and tidy on collection. Also included was all the pots, pans, plates, cutlery etc for us to enjoy our stay in the motorhome. There was also a nice table and chair set in the back storage area for us to enjoy when we arrived at our destination. There is plenty of room to bring your own bits to if you feel you need to. The customer service was brilliant, should any issues arise on our stay we was given a number to contact and it would be dealt with asap. This wasn't needed for my trip but very handy to know.

Highly recommend hiring from East Coast Motorhomes. From start to finish their customer service was outstanding … friendly and professional. Arriving to collect our van we were blown away, it was spotlessly clean like a brand new vehicle. We were given lots of advice on how everything worked, so when we drove away we were fully confident. The motorhome was filled with everything we could need for our trip. The beds were made up with great quality bedding, and towels laid out like were were in a hotel room. The icing on the cake was the bed itself - the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept on in a motorhome. The dropping off process was just as slick. We will definitely be using these guys again. Couldn’t find anything to fault about the whole process or the motorhome.

East Coast Motorhomes service and product is great. We hired 2 of their motorhomes for Goodwood FOS 2023 and they certainly upgraded our experience (we used to camp in tents) with everything you need on board it's so easy. Also a nice touch with the motorhomes being automatic! Highly recommend!

A fantastic experience from start to finish. Great customer service when booking and then the best hand over talk from Bron. Clear and simple which gave us great confidence in using the motor home from the start. Great service when bringing it back and just an all round great customer experience. Thoroughly recommend both the motor home and the service.

Excellent service from Bron. Clean motorhome with everything you need for a holiday. Automatic drive with good MPG. Very happy with everything. Only one suggestion, the motorhome could do with wing mirror protection covers. Would thoroughly recommend this company to use

Thank you ECM for making our first motorhome holiday so straightforward. The whole process was easy and nothing was too difficult. Bron and Jon were very helpful and provided useful WhatsApp support with videos to remind us of how to use controls. The motorhome (we named it Noddy) was really well equipped with everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. We were even able to take our dog with us. We would highly recommend ECM and I have done so already. Now thinking about where to go on our next trip. Many thanks.
