Very pleased with the service and the motorhome was very clean

Our first T trip in a motor home and it was a fantastic experience. The staff at East Coast Motorhomes were friendly and helpful. Pick up was easy and being automatic was good to drive. The motorhome ( T-590 ) was equipped with everything you needed and was very clean and comfortable The bed was superb and the upgraded mattress was really comfortable.
Altogether an excellent trip. We would thoroughly recommend East Coast Motorhomes. We will be back!

We have recently returned from a 10 day trip around the NC500. We used the T740 from East Coast Motorhomes.

We have recently returned from a 2 week trip around the NC500. We used the T740 from East Coast Motorhomes.
This was our first trip in any Motorhome and it didn’t disappoint. The ease of how to drive it, the cleanliness, fully equipped, even a comfy fixed bed which provided a great nights sleep. The facilities both provided and built into the motor home made it feel homely. A large fridge, we’ll laid out bathroom and what an oven. We have been in caravans before where you need to double your cooking times because of the poor standard of equipment but this oven worked just as good as a top of the range cooker you find in the best kitchens.
One minor gripe would be the lack of a net screen to pull across when the side door was open, but this is a manufacturer omission when they produced these models.
Aside from the vehicle, the service, correspondence and flexibility of the staff from East Coast Motorhomes was second to none. In case of emergencies or issues, they even provided us contact details for that extra reassurance, although we did not need to use it thankfully.

We had a fantastic holiday and want to thank Jon and his team. We would 100% recommend using East Coast Motorhomes for your one stop Motorhome rental company.

Booked the Motorhome for a long weekend away at a music festival. A bit apprehensive as no experience of this at all.
The booking process and handover from Jon were very good and he was flexible with our dates.
We had the T740 and we were a couple and 2 teenagers. We found the seatbelt arrangement for the passengers a bit difficult but managed.
The motorhome was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.
Sleeping arrangements for 4 were also good ( provided you can get 2 teenagers out of bed in the mornings)! We did feel a little cramped at times but to be fair it does say on the website that it is suitable for a ‘small’ family and taking 2 teenagers with us was stretching it a bit.
We had a great weekend and would definitely do it again as a couple and highly recommended ECM.

This was our first time away in a motorhome and we certainly enjoyed it. A trip up to the beautiful peak district for walks and relaxation was just what we needed. The journey there and back was so much fun due to all the 'waves' we were getting from all the other motorhome enthusiasts!
Clean, tidy, great motorhome and excellent service from the company and especially Jon. Will definitely recommend. Can't wait to use again for more adventures.

Never used a motorhome before though have had boats and once rented a caravan. A T590 was my trusty steed and a delight!!! Absolute superb experience. Everything I could want or need and service from Jon and Alex was 100%. I needed a "living facility" as my partner had to self-isolate having been pinged whilst away. I had not there and and we were sure that it was not a problem for her but because of being classed as vulnerable I decided discretion was the best action and I would go "away" for a bit. I rang ECM and Jon was totally helpful and understanding. Deal done and only a day later I collected my new home. Everything explained by Alex and then off to ........ home. Vehicle drove like a dream. Automatic and easy in every way. Parked up on drive and lived like a king for the week with everything I could possibly need. In a weird way it was a real holiday, comfy, worry free and my own lovely world. I am so grateful to all at ECM. Now back to normal and no problem post "ping", so life is good. One negative - I think I need to find the money to rent again at the earliest opportunity, and then again, and again and again, as the world is a big place and I think I might have found my new travelling home for future delights. We embarked on our first ever Motorhome adventure down to Cornwall and loved every second! The guys at East Coast were faultless through the whole experience! We were a little dubious about the trip but Jon was absolutely brilliant on collection, taking as much time as we needed with us to go through the controls etc before we set off! He sent us a video straight after we left should we forget anything and was always at the other end of the phone with any questions we had! We hired the T Line 740 which was amazing, the interior was beautiful and absolutely spotless when we arrived! The guys had clearly taken a lot of time and effort to equip the Motorhome with everything you could ever need whilst on your travels, right down to the smallest detail! We are already considering our next destination and cannot wait to book with East coast again cannot recommend them enough!! Thank you!

As we said in the title this was one of the best holidays we have ever had, so relaxing and to be able to see so many places. We hired the T 590 and i cannot express how much we loved the motorhome, everything you wanted and needed. The collection and return was done very professional and no problems. Jon were very helpful in the few weeks before we collected the motorhome in answering our questions. All can say if you have never been on a motorhome holiday, defiantly try it with East Coast Motorhomes.

We were recommended by a friend to use ECMH. Our original plan was to go to France, due to Covid this changed. Jon & Alex were very helpful with all the arrangements and when the plans changed, were again very helpful with organizing our new plans.
During our trip we had the reassurance that we could call on Jon if we had any issues, which thankfully we didn’t.
The company offer a delivery and collection service which was very useful.
With crisp white sheets and towels as part of the package this helped make our first trip in a MH, three weeks, get off to a very comfortable start.
I would highly recommend the T-740, there is a double bed which was permanent, with an extra double bed, which is electrically lowered when and if needed, we didn’t use it as there were just two of us. We had plenty of storage space for all our personal items clothes etc with plenty of room to make food and drinks.
The MH has everything you need, cutlery, BBQ with table & chairs, first aid kit, toilet, shower, WiFi, TV’s in both the bedroom and kitchen areas.
I would highly recommend using this company, the experience from start to end has been 5⭐️

From the start Jon from ECM was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This was useful as it was our first time with a motorhome. Jon was on hand when we phoned with an electrical issue on one campsite. He talked us through and we soon found out it was a 'campsite' issue. Good service. Cleanliness was very good and bed very comfortable.

In all we were very impressed with ECM and would recommend them.

We rented the T740 for a weekend camping with friends. Jon gave a very thorough demo & handover, spending time to make sure we were confident with everything before leaving.

The motorhome really is a little bit of luxury. Soft fluffy towels, crisp bedding with modern and clean interior. The 2 adults and 1 child comfortably shared the space over the weekend and the motorhome came with everything we could have possibly wanted.

The whole process, from booking to returning the motorhome was professional and a pleasant experience. We’re already looking forward to arranging our next motorhome holiday with East Coast Motorhomes.

We hired the T540 4 berth motorhome. The booking process was a very easy process.
The motorhome was virtually brand new, and comes fully equipped with everything you need. Jon explained how everything worked and a few do’s and don’ts, we were also sent a Whatsapp video on how to use the main controls for the water/heating etc.
If we had any problems, Jon was more than happy for us to contact him, we didn’t.
Jon was very personable and easy to deal with.

the motorhome was perfect for this trip it navigated the narrow highland roads with ease , everything you required was included, very impressed with the service on booking and collection . it enabled us to visit some fantastic sites with lakeside and mountain views

Hiring the 4 berth motorhome was a very easy experience and Jon was flexible re picking up and dropping off times, unlike a lot of companies. The motorhome was brand new, and he explained everything and then followed it up with a video on whatsapp. Any problem we had, we could phone him for advice which was really helpful when we forgot how something worked. Picking up in Kings Lynn led to a lovely trip around the coast of Norfolk, and helped us in our decision as to whether to buy one. Hiring before buying a must! Jon was very personable and it was good to deal with someone on the phone and in person for a change.
