The customer service was very warm and very welcoming. You did everything we asked, and were very helpful. You had great compassion towards myself and my daughters. Lovely venue with plenty of parking but better shelter for mourners to use during bad weather is needed, whilst having to wait outside.

A professional and caring organisation.
The crematorium staff were very caring but efficient and enabled us to handle all aspects of my mother's funeral and the scattering of her ashes in a dignified way reducing unnecessary stress at a difficult time.
