An overall fantastic experience. I booked for a student group to travel around Derby and the Peak District, and Mark and John were on time, friendly and very accommodating.

Top class service, excellent communication from Mark and the Team. Friendly and caring and patient. Traveling with a Team of teenagers is not easy but being able to rely on the transfers is one less thing to worry about. Thank you lots. Jean

Mark and the team at East Midlands Minibus did a great job at shuttling our staff to and from a recent event in Derby. This is the second year we have used them, and have never been let down by their service and the excellent mini-buses they supply.
We will certainly use them again in the future.

Have updates prior to arrival. Arrived on time both ways Driver was vey pleasant and accommodating to passengers that required further destination drop off on the way back ( for reasonable additional price) Great service would recommend .

We were a party of 10 ladies that used this company to get to and from the airport. We were really impressed with how efficient Mark was. We were notified numerous times about pick up times and vehicle information . He arrived exactly on the time agreed and was polite and friendly at all times. Will definitely be using this company again and would highly recommend them.
