Want to express my gratitude to James, who proved to be a person really dedicated to his work. People who would work extra hours for the sake of meeting the client's deadline are difficult to find nowadays.

Easy Choice Conveyancing appointed a useless firm of solicitors who have now been closed by the SRA. Although completion on my flat purchase took place in April 2023, I was not notified until January 2024 that the SRA had intervened and the solicitors had not finalised the purchase transfer with the Land Registry. ECC advise me that it is my responsibility to appoint another solicitor (and pay more costs) to get my flat finally registered in my name.

We recently instructed Easy Choice Conveyancing, the searches were carried out by them and the conveyancing was outsourced to TQLaw. They were super quick in getting the searches done - unfortunately due to issues raised on the survey we had to withdraw from the purchase but we would have no hesitation in using Easy Convey in future.

I recently instructed Easy choice conveyancing and was allocated to TQ Law. The service they provided was excellent. They were incredibly quick, completing in 6 weeks - much faster than I was expecting. On top of that, the price was very competitive. TQ law managed the conveyancing process smoothly, staying in contact with me throughout to answer my questions. They also provided helpful advice along the way. I highly recommend their services.

Had a really bad experience with this company. The solicitor we were assigned messed us around for over three months over an issue with the property's title, communication was very poor and we had to do a lot of chasing. He even took annual leave without telling us, and only emailed me back when I either phoned up, or eventually made a complaint. After this, the Solicitor decided he could no longer act for our lender because of the issue with the title.

We got a second opinion and have such a better experience with our new solicitor. We have been offered an indemnity policy which covers the issue with the title and are now able to proceed with the purchase.

Unfortunately the refund we received from Easy Choice did not include the cost of the searches and Easy Choice's "AML" fee, which is unfortunate as our new Solicitor couldn't reduce their fee based on some of the required searches being carried out. Really disappointing, as it means we're out of pocket, our time has been wasted, and a lot of stress has been added to an already stressful situation.
