Easy Equities platform letdown
Too may times have I had a problem where Easy Equities website is offline during the middle of the day when I need to sell shares or buy something at an important time. I have lost out on some moment because they were busy "updating their website" and I have lost money because Easy Equities platform went offline at the worst time when i wanted to sell. So whos responsibility is it when I lose money because they blocked me from selling??
