Hozelock water system spares
The ordered items were delivered on time and were as expected.
The only issue was the packet of drippers was open, the plastic bubble had come away from the cardboard, but all 12 were still there.

My first order with is company was…
My first order with is company was perfect- quick and accurate, with next day delivery, and knowledgable, helpful advisors. Went back for more products and was disappointed. Website advertises that if you order before 12, they will aim to dispatch same day. Ordered before 12 on Monday, put a note on the order requesting same day dispatch if at all possible, as I was in the middle of an installation.Didn’t hear anything at all until I rang two days later to find my order hadn’t yet been dispatched. Finally delivered on Thursday- which caused me real problems. Understand very quick delivery isn’t always possible, but don’t advertise it then.

Great help when things go wrong
A really important test of a company like Easy Garden is what happens when something goes wrong. I am very happy to report they have come out with flying colours.
Over the past three years, Easy Garden has supplied most of the equipment for a drip irrigation system for my garden. When one part of my system failed to work this spring, I was convinced a programmer/timer had failed. The ever-helpful James at Easy Garden suggested I send him the suspect items which he tested, corrected the programming mistakes I had carelessly made, and sent it all back to me, without charge. And it all works fine now.
Easy Garden is not the cheapest supplier of serious irigation equipment but it is the only one I have come across that offers free design advice and provides a complete shopping list of all the fiddly components a serious system requires. And, as I have jsut found, helps their customers solve a problem, even when the problem was of the customer's own making, as in my case.
In my experience, this is very much a 5 star company

Dispatch delayed and had to chase
Dispatch delayed and had to chase. Had I known I’d have delayed purchasing or gone elsewhere as sizeable package then arrived whilst we were on holiday. Delivery was quoted as DPD (who don’t deliver at weekends or bank holidays and so should have arrived when we were back home) but was sent by Royal Mail (and so arrived on a Saturday on a bank holiday weekend when we were away). None of this would have been a problem if the delivery estimate was closer to reality.

Very quick efficient service
Very quick efficient service. I only needed some small items to add to my watering system. Despite that I had an email from the company thanking me for my order, updates on a very prompt delivery and delivery on time. The company made me feel valued even though I spent very little.
